In an axial gap motor, a rotor includes a plurality of rotor cores fixed in a circumferential direction of a rotor base, and a stator includes a plurality of stator cores fixed in a circumferential direction of a stator base, and coils wound around the stator cores. End faces of each of the rotor cores and end faces of the corresponding stator core are opposed to each other while being exposed to each other.

Axial gap motor with curved rotor and stator cores

A motor includes a rotor fixed to a rotary shaft, a stator arranged so as to surround the rotor with a gap from the rotor in a radial direction orthogonal to an axis direction of the rotary shaft, and a case accommodating the rotor and the stator. The rotor includes a plurality of rotor cores made from a soft magnetic material, and a rotor fixing member that fixes the rotor cores. The stator includes a plurality of stator cores made from a soft magnetic material, a stator fixing member that fixes the stator cores, and coils wound around the stator cores, respectively. The motor includes at least two sets of the rotor and the stator, and the sets are stacked in an axis direction of the rotary shaft.

A rotor has a plurality of magnetic poles aligned in a circumferential direction, each magnetic pole includes a first magnet equipment portion and a second magnet equipment portion positioned more toward an inner circumferential side than the first magnet equipment portion, the second magnet equipment portion has a pair of inner magnet holes placed symmetrically with respect to a center of the magnetic pole, and one or more inner magnets equipped in each of the inner magnet holes, each inner magnet hole has a bent line shape with one or more points of bending in an axial direction view, and an end, on a center side in a circumferential side of the magnetic pole, of the inner magnet hole is expanded on both sides in a thickness direction thereof, and functions as a magnetic barrier having a larger thickness than the inner magnet.

Rotary electric machine

A rotor of a rotating electric machine includes a rotor core, and a plurality of permanent magnets arranged in a two-layer structure having a first layer and a second layer, in the rotor core. Among the permanent magnets, first and second outermost permanent magnets located closest to each of opposite q-axes of each magnetic pole are located relative to each other, such that a radial position of an end portion on a q-axis side and a radially inner side in the first outermost permanent magnet that belongs to the first layer is spaced by a predetermined radial spacing from and is on a radially outer side of a radial position of an end portion on the q-axis side and a radially outer side in the second outermost permanent magnet that belongs to the second layer.

Rotating electric machine

A semiconductor device includes: at least one power semiconductor element; a sealing resin disposed so as to seal the power semiconductor element; and a plurality of electrical terminals each electrically connected to the power semiconductor element and each including a protrusion protruding from a surface of the sealing resin. A stator core capable of improving stator core segments in assemblability, positioning accuracy and rigidity is provided. A stator core includes a plurality of stator core segments, and a yoke part of each stator core segment has a first junction and a second junction joined to other adjacent stator core segments. A protrusion is formed at the first junction, and a recess capable of receiving the protrusion is formed at the second junction. The opening area of the recess increases from a deepest section of the recess to an opening of the recess. In the yoke part, a first caulking site where the stator core segment is caulked in an axial direction is formed on an arc passing through the central part of a radial length of the protrusion and extending in a circumferential direction.

In a rotating electric machine, a path length between a rotor and an inter-hetero-phase tooth where a magnetic flux from a magnetic pole proceeds from the rotor and starts to enter the inter-hetero-phase tooth is longer than a path length between the rotor and an inter-V-phase tooth where the magnetic flux proceeds from the rotor and starts to enter the inter-V-phase tooth.
