To achieve further weight reduction and thinning of a seat structure. A configuration in which a side frame covercomposed of a laminated bodyprovided with a planar member made of cloth and planar members made of synthetic resin laminated on both sides of the planar member made of cloth via adhesive agent and formed in a predetermined shape is joined to a side frame base bodycomposed of a metal member is obtained. Therefore, the thickness of the metal member used can be reduced by an amount corresponding to a strength the laminated body compensates for, which results in achievement of further weight reduction from a conventional structural member composed of only metal members that are used at the same site. Further, when an impact force is applied, the impact force can be consumed as a force that causes delamination of the laminated body from the metal member at a portion where they are joined via the adhesive agent.

Structural member and seat structure for transport machine

A seat has a configuration in which, in each side frame of a cushion frame, an inner frame and an outer frame which have flanges extending along peripheral edges thereof are faced to each other with a space therebetween at least partially, and the flanges are fixed by hemming process along the entire peripheral edges thereof. Since the entire peripheral edges are hemmed, the inner frame and the outer frame are securely fixed. Additionally, since the inner frame and the outer frame which are thin-plate-shaped are used, reduction in weight of each side frame can be achieved. Further, since the inner frame and the outer frame are faced to each other with a space therebetween at least partially, a compressive/tensile strength required as a side frame can be secured by inserting an expanded bead body into the space.

Seat

To achieve further weight reduction and thinning of a seat structure. A laminated body obtained by sandwiching a planar membermade of cloth between planar membersandmade of synthetic resin to join them to one another via adhesive agent is used in a shell type frame member of the seat structure. Upon receipt of an impact, delamination is caused between the respective layers configuring the laminated body. Thereby, both the tensile stress and the Izod impact strength of the laminated body are lowered as compared with those of a homogeneous laminated body obtained by joining planer members made of homogeneous materials. That is, impact energy is converted to a force causing delamination between the planar members in the laminated body to be consumed, thereby absorbing the impact energy. Since the shell type frame member itself can absorb the impact, further weight reduction and thinning of the shell type frame member and a seat structure using the same can be achieved.

Impact absorbing structural body, shell type frame member and seat structure

A seat cushion of a vehicle seat has a base seat whose front end is anchored to a front frame of a frame for a sitting portion, and whose rear end is connected to a rear frame of the frame for a sitting portion via helical tension springs. A supporter, supported via helical tension springs at a pair of left and right side frames of the frame for a sitting portion, is disposed at a lower side of the base seat so as to support a femoral region of a seated person. The supporter and the helical tension springs structure an auxiliary vibration system whose mass element is a femoral region of a seated person. The auxiliary vibration system is made to function as a dynamic vibration absorber with respect to up-down vibrations of a main vibration system whose mass element is an upper body of a seated person.

A seat includes a back part frame which is elastically deformable in a direction such that right and left side part frames are brought closer to, or moved away from, each other, and a tensile structural element which is stretched between the right and left side part frames so as to configure a backrest. Further, a headrest is provided at an upper part of the back part frame. In addition, the tensile structural element is stretched over the back part frame so as to configure a backrest, and is configured such that the back part frame is deformed so that the headrest is moved forward due to a tensile force resulting from a load imparted on the backrest.

In order to improve seating comfort and vibration absorbency, the present invention includes a front torsion bar unitdisposed in the front of a seat cushion, the front end of a base netis connected to a supporting frameof the front torsion bar unit, the rear end of the base netis connected to a rear frame. Accordingly, owing to elastic force of a front torsion barof the front torsion bar unitpositioned in the front of the seat cushion, a sense of stroke at the time of seating is enhanced. A structure to dispose a torsion bar unit in the front as in the present invention works upon a tiny load fluctuation sensitively, and absorbency of high frequency vibration is further enhanced.

Seat structure

In order to improve seating comfort and vibration absorbency, a structure including a first torsion bar unitdisposed in the rear of a seat cushion, and a second torsion bar unitdisposed in the front of the seat cushion, and a base netstretched between a rear supporting frameof the first torsion bar unitand a front supporting frameof the second torsion bar unit, is provided. Owing to the elastic force of a front torsion barof the second torsion bar unitpositioned in the front of the seat, a sense of stroke at the time of seating is enhanced. Owing to the elastic force of a rear torsion barof the first torsion bar unitpositioned in the rear of the seat, similarly to the conventional structure, a load of a seated person can be sufficiently received and a stable seating comfort can be obtained. Since both the first torsion bar unitand the second torsion bar unitwork together to dampen vibration inputted during driving, vibration absorbency is more enhanced than ever.

Base net supporting mechanism for seat and seat structure thereof

A flat spring member () mainly serving as a vibration absorptive function at a normal use is engaged with a supporting frame member () which displaces backward along with deformation of a seat back () by backward moment applied to the seat back (), and the other end is engaged with a front edge frame () disposed in the vicinity of the front edge of a cushion frame. Therefore, when an impact force from front or back equal to or more than that prescribed is applied, the flat spring member () increases in tension by backward moment applied to the seat back (), and serves as a function to increase again the intensity of the backward moment of the seat back (), which was once lowered by deformation of the side frame () of the cushion frame.

Seat construction

A vehicle seat is provided with a pair of left and right seatback side frames comprising a seatback frame. The seatback frame is connected to the rear end of a seat portion frame via a reclining mechanism. The vehicle seat is further provided with a torsion bar that is an elastic body between the reclining mechanism and the seatback frame. When the seatback frame displaces and falls forward relative to the seat portion frame, the torsion bar deforms and resists the displacement of the seatback frame. The torsion bar is arranged at the upper region of the seat occupant's pelvis.

A lifter for adjusting the height of a framethat is to be vertically movably mounted on a vehicle floor is integrally formed with a suspension unit S for absorbing vibration inputted to the frame. The suspension unit S includes a magnet unit or a magnetic fluid damper.

Frame structure of seat for vehicle

This present invention discloses a seat, comprising: a seat cushion; and a seat back frame connected to the seat cushion, the seat back frames being bent in a range of specified bending angle in a direction of moving the top end backward by a backward load over a predetermined value, by way of a joint provided at an intermediate portion in the vertical direction, such that the seat back frame receives a reaction force corresponding to the bending angle.

The seat structure includes a torsion bar as an elastic supporting-mechanism for elastically supporting a cushioning member, and is provided with arms and a supporting frame pivoted by the torsion bar. Accordingly, a device for determining a load on the seat can be structured with an extremely simple structure by providing a displacement detecting mechanism to detect the amount of twist or the twist angle of the torsion bar, or a pivot angle of the arm, displaced by being seated.

The object of the present invention is to suppress rebound of a human body when receiving a large impact load accompanying a collision or the like. A back frame memberand a seat frame memberare individually formed by welding or caulking, and a link memberfor connecting both is attached to the back frame memberand the seat frame memberby welding or caulking. Each of the frame members is provided with a cushioning member as a tension structure. Upon receipt of an impact vibration or an impact force at a predetermined magnitude or more, the tension of the cushioning member provided as the tension structure lowers to be able to exhibit high damping characteristics.

Impact absorbing structure and seat structure

In order to improve vibration absorbency and impact absorbency, the seat structure includes a swing member provided in a manner to be able to swing at least back and forth on a rear frame member positioned around the rear of a seat cushion, a pelvis supporting member connected to the swing member at the vicinity of the lower portion of the pelvis supporting member and disposed behind the pelvis of a seated person, and coil springs as an elastic member to support the pelvis supporting member biasing in the direction pushing forwards in a normal seating state. Besides, since the pelvis supporting member is connected to the rear frame member via the swing member, since pivoting movement in the back-and-forth direction of the pelvis supporting member is performed with a connecting portion of the swing member and the rear frame member as the center, and the radius of gyration is large, the vicinity of the lower portion of the pelvis supporting member never presses the pelvis.
