A vehicle underbody structure, including: a case that is provided on a vehicle lower side of a vehicle and has a mount portion on which batteries are mounted; a refrigerant flow passage that is provided on the vehicle lower side of the case and in which heat exchange can take place between the batteries on the mount portion and a refrigerant; and inflow/outflow portions that communicate with the refrigerant flow passage from a vehicle upper side and allow the refrigerant to flow in or flow out between an outside of the refrigerant flow passage and the refrigerant flow passage.

Vehicle underbody structure

A vehicle floor structure includes a floor member that includes an opening that is open at an end corresponding to an entrance, the opening extending toward a vehicle cabin side, and a floor panel that is supported by the floor member to cover the opening and includes an open end at a position corresponding to the entrance. The floor panel is configured by sequentially arranging and integrating unit panels in a width direction with a direction parallel to the open end serving as a longitudinal direction of the unit panels.

Vehicle floor structure

A vehicle floor structure includes a floor member having an opening and a floor panel covering the opening. The floor panel is configured by sequentially arranging and integrating a plurality of kinds of unit panels in a lateral direction of the unit panels, the unit panels having rectangular shapes as viewed from above a vehicle. Two end sides of the floor panel extending along a direction in which the unit panels are arranged (x direction) and one side of at least one of two unit panels arranged at opposite ends of the floor panel are supported by support portions of a floor member. A unit panel of which the one side is supported by the support portion of the floor member has a lighter weight per unit area than other unit panels having lateral lengths equal to or greater than a lateral length of the unit panel.

A vehicle bottom structure includes a slope device including a slope plate and guide rails, floor crossmembers, and a floor panel structure. The floor crossmembers are arranged at intervals in the vehicle front-rear direction. The slope device is provided between paired floor crossmembers, and the slope device is provided below a standing-ride region. The floor panel structure is provided over the paired floor crossmembers such that the floor panel structure is placed above the slope device and serves as a floor material in the standing-ride region. The floor panel structure includes panel segments extended in the vehicle front-rear direction so as to be provided over the paired floor crossmembers, and the panel segments are shorter than the whole length of the standing-ride region in the vehicle width direction. The panel segments are arranged side by side in the vehicle width direction in the standing-ride region.

Vehicle bottom structure

A joint structure comprises a first panel and a second panel joined together by mechanical clinching. The joint structure includes a join region that is formed so as to extend in an elongated shape by forming plural clinched portions in a given arrangement by mechanical clinching. At least one clinched portion of the plural clinched portions is clinched from an opposite panel side from other clinched portions of the plurality of clinched portions.

A fastening structure includes: plural overlapping co-fastened members, a clearance hole being formed at at least one mating face of mutual mating faces of the plural co-fastened members, and a screw utilizing frictional heat to bore a hole and form a thread, passing through the clearance hole, and fastening the plural co-fastened members together.

Fastening structure and fastened structural body

In a crash box, a first extending portion extends from a front end of a first body upper portion in a vehicle front-rear direction of a first body portion, and a second extending portion extends from a front end of a second body lower portion in a vehicle front-rear direction of a second body portion. When an impact load is transmitted to the front ends of the first body portion and the second body portion in the vehicle front-rear direction, a rotation moment toward the lower side of the vehicle acts on the first extending portion and a rotation moment toward the upper side of the vehicle acts on the second extending portion. This can suppress peeling between first and second left side bonded portions and between first and second right side bonded portions of the first body portion and the second body portion.

Load absorbing member and vehicle load absorbing structure

The vehicle battery case structure includes a top plate and a bottom plate, a side plate provided around the bottom plate, a partition plate provided in a lattice shape on the top surface of the bottom plate to form a plurality of regions for accommodating the battery pack with the side plate, a slit portion into which the side plate and the partition plate can be inserted, and a fixing portion to which the top plate is fixed, and a fastening member bonded to the top surface of the bottom plate at the intersection of the side plate and the partition plate and at the intersection of the partition plates in a state in which at least one of the side plate and the partition plate is inserted into the slit portion.

Battery case structure for vehicle

A vehicle support member that is die-cast includes a fixing portion configured to fix a device arranged in a power unit room, and a fixing-portion connecting rib connecting the fixing portion and an outer peripheral wall supported on a pair of front side members constituting a vehicle body and located on an outer side of the power unit room in a width direction of a vehicle.

There is provided a joint structure for a vehicle, the joint structure including: a plate-shaped first member; a plate-shaped second member, of which at least a portion is superposed with the first member in a plate thickness direction of the first member; plural crimped portions provided in a region at which the first member and the second member are superposed, the first member and second member being joined at the crimped portions by mechanical clinching from a side at which the first member is disposed; and a reinforcing portion provided at the first member, the reinforcing portion being inflected toward a substantially normal direction in a vicinity of the crimped portions.

A vehicle battery-carrying floor structure that includes: a bottom plate member that has a plurality of unit members that are arranged in a vehicle body forward and rearward direction and that are joined by joining opposing joint portions, each unit member having a flat plate portion that extends in a vehicle width direction and that has the joint portions formed at an end portion facing the vehicle body forward direction and at an end portion facing the vehicle body rear direction and a partition portion that is disposed upright so as to extend in the vehicle width direction on an upper surface of the plate portion; and side plate members that are provided on an upper surface of the bottom plate member on outer sides in the vehicle width direction of the partition portions and form, with the partition portions, regions that hold battery packs.

A vehicle member join structure includes a sheet-shaped first member made of a lightweight metal, a sheet-shaped second member made of a ferrous metal, a rivet made of a ferrous metal and including a shaft that penetrates the first member and a head that remains at an outer surface of the first member, the shaft being welded to the second member so as to connect the first member and the second member together, and a waterproof section that prevents water ingress by covering a region where the rivet and the first member contact each other.
