A resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet which has a chromium-free surface treatment layer and has a coating film formed by applying an organic resin, and which exhibits excellent adhesiveness and excellent corrosion resistance even after being subject to severe forming such as drawing is provided. A resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet includes: an aluminum substrate having a surface treatment film on at least one surface thereof; and an organic resin film layer formed on the surface of the aluminum substrate. The surface treatment film includes 2 mg/mto 100 mg/mof zirconium in terms of metal atoms and at least any one of a polyitaconic acid, monosaccharide alcohol and disaccharide alcohol as an aluminum-ion-trapping agent.

An easy open end comprising a resin-coated metal plate obtained by coating a metal substrate with a polyester film via a primer, wherein the primer comprises an epoxy resin or a polyester resin and a resole-type phenol resin, and the resole-type phenol resin has 0.2 to 2.0 methylol groups per a benzene ring. The end can be lightly opened without causing defect at the time of opening the end by pushing in the end of a tab and cutting the score and, particularly, can be excellently opened at high temperatures without arousing the problem even in a state of being heated at high temperatures featuring excellent corrosion resistance, resistance against the content and retort resistance.

The present invention provides a resin coated seamless aluminum can and a resin coated aluminum can lid having adhesiveness and corrosion resistance by applying a non-chromium chemical conversion coated film to an aluminum alloy sheet and by applying an organic resin layer to the non-chromium chemical conversion coated film. For this end, an organic-inorganic composite surface treated layer containing 2 to 20 mg/mof zirconium compound expressed in terms of zirconium atoms, 1 to 10 mg/mof phosphorus compound expressed in terms of phosphorus atoms, and 5 to 60 mg/mof organic compound expressed in terms of carbon atoms is formed on at least one-side surface of an aluminum alloy sheet, and an organic resin coated layer is formed on the organic-inorganic composite surface treated layer.

A laminated draw-formed container obtained by draw-forming a laminated material of a metal plate on which a resin film is laminated into a cup with bottom, wherein the resin film comprises a polyester composition which contains a polyethylene terephthalate component as a chief component and further contains a polyethylene isophthalate component and a polybutylene terephthalate component, the resin film having a density of from 1.32 to 1.39 g/cc at any part of the container and further having, on the upper part of the container, a trans ratio of ethylene glycol residue of from 0.1 to 1.5 as found by the ATR method, as well as a process for producing the container. The draw-formed container exhibits excellent shock resistance irrespective of the passage of time, and particularly dent resistance and barrier property against corrosive components, as well as intimate adhesion to the metal substrate.
