An elastic bushing includes a recess at a portion of an outer peripheral surface of the elastic bushing which portion is located at an inner side in a car longitudinal direction, the recess being recessed outward in the car longitudinal direction. A tubular portion of an axle beam includes a convex stopper portion protruding outward in the car longitudinal direction from a part of an inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion which part is located at the inner side in the car longitudinal direction, the stopper portion being inserted into the recess with a gap between the stopper portion and a bottom surface of the recess. A thickness of the elastic bushing at the recess in a radial direction is equal to or less than half a thickness of a portion of the elastic bushing in the radial direction which portion is located adjacent to the recess.

A rubbing plate of a side bearer of a railcar bogie is a rubbing plate of a side bearer provided at the railcar bogie so as to slidably contact a slide member arranged above or under the side bearer. The rubbing plate includes a recess-projection provided on an opposing surface of the rubbing plate, the opposing surface being opposed to a sliding surface of the slide member.

A load measuring device for a railcar bogie in which a vibrationproof rubber between an axle box and a bogie frame includes a vertical load fluctuation sensor in parallel with the vibrationproof rubber and configured to deform in conjunction with elastic deformation of the vibrationproof rubber in a vertical direction, the vibrationproof rubber supporting a downward load from the bogie frame. The vertical load fluctuation sensor changes an electric output by the deformation of the vertical load fluctuation sensor in conjunction with the elastic deformation of the vibrationproof rubber in the vertical direction.

An axle box suspension of a railcar bogie is configured to couple an axle box, accommodating a bearing supporting an axle, to a bogie frame and includes: an axle beam including an axle beam main body portion and an axle beam end portion, the axle beam main body portion extending from the axle box in a car longitudinal direction, the axle beam end portion being provided at a tip end of the axle beam main body portion and including a tubular portion that is open at both car width direction sides; a core rod inserted into an internal space of the tubular portion in a car width direction; an elastic bushing interposed between the tubular portion and the core rod; and a receiving seat provided at the bogie frame, both end portions of the core rod being connected to the receiving seat, the tubular portion being divided into a first semi-tubular portion and a second semi-tubular portion, the first semi-tubular portion being formed integrally with the axle beam main body portion, the second semi-tubular portion being stacked on the first semi-tubular portion in an upward/downward direction.

Included are: a first supporting member; a second supporting member arranged to be spaced away from the first supporting member in a main load direction; an elastically deformable diaphragm forming a closed space by connecting the first supporting member and the second supporting member; a detection unit detecting a change of a relative distance between the first supporting member and the second supporting member, and producing a mechanical output of the change of the relative distance; and a controlling member capable of discharging air in an inside of the closed space S to an outside of the closed space S in response to the mechanical output from the detection unit. Thereby, an air spring having a mechanism for suppressing an abnormal rise of a vehicle height without deteriorating the diaphragm can be provided.

A railcar bogie includes: a cross-beam supporting a carbody; pair of axles at both cross-beam sides in car longitudinal direction and extending in car-width direction; bearings at both car-width direction sides of each axle and rotatably supporting axles; axle-boxes accommodating respective bearings; plate-springs supporting both car-width direction end-portions of the cross-beam and extending in car longitudinal direction, both car longitudinal direction end-portions of each plate-springs supported by axle-boxes; pressing members at both car-width direction end-portions of the cross-beam placed on respective car longitudinal direction middle-portions of plate-springs, lower surface of a portion of each pressing member having a convex downward circular-arc shape in side-view, the portion pressing the plate-spring, a middle-portion upper surface of each plate-spring having convex downward circular-arc shape in side-view, the middle-portion pressed by the pressing member, and a lower surface curvature of the pressing member larger than the upper surface curvature of the middle plate-spring portion.

Railcar bogie

A railcar axle box suspension includes a coupling mechanism configured to couple an axle box to a bogie frame, and the coupling mechanism includes: an axle beam including a tubular portion; a core rod inserted through the tubular portion, protruding portions being provided at both sides of the core rod; a pair of receiving seats provided at the bogie frame and including fitting grooves, the protruding portions being fitted in the fitting grooves; a pair of lid members supporting the respective protruding portions; fastening mechanisms fixing the lid members to the receiving seats; and locking members. Each of the receiving seats includes a first screw hole. Each of the lid members includes a first insertion hole and a second screw hole. Each of the fastening mechanisms includes: a first bolt; a second bolt; and a plate having a fitting hole and a second insertion hole, the fitting hole being fitted to a head portion of the first bolt and restricting rotation of the first bolt, a shaft portion of the second bolt being inserted through the second insertion hole. The first bolt is threadedly engaged with the first screw hole through the first insertion hole. The fitting hole of the plate is fitted to the head portion of the first bolt, and the second bolt is threadedly engaged with the second screw hole through the second insertion hole. Each of the locking members restricts rotation of the second bolt relative to the second screw hole.

A railcar bogie includes: a cross beam supporting a carbody; a pair of front and rear axles sandwiching and arranged in front of and behind the cross beam in a railcar longitudinal direction to extend in a railcar width direction; bearings provided at both railcar width direction sides of each and rotatably supporting the axles; axle boxes accommodating the bearings; side members extending in the railcar longitudinal direction supporting both railcar width direction end portions of the cross beam and each including both railcar longitudinal direction end portions supported by the axle boxes; contact members provided at both railcar width direction end portions and disposed on railcar longitudinal direction middle portions of the side members so as not to be fixed to the side members in an upper-lower direction; and supporting members provided at the axle boxes and supporting the railcar longitudinal direction end portions of the side members.

An air spring () includes: an upper surface plate (); a lower surface plate (); an elastic film () airtightly coupling a peripheral portion of the upper surface plate () and a peripheral portion of the lower surface plate () to each other to form an air chamber () inside the elastic film (); an elastic stopper () connected to the lower surface plate (); and at least one of an internal pipe () or internal wire () extending from an upper surface of the upper surface plate () to a side surface of the elastic stopper (). A part of a pipe and/or wire extending between a carbody () and a bogie () of a railcar () is constituted by the internal pipe () and/or internal wire () of the air spring ().

A railcar primary suspension is configured to couple an axle box to a truck frame by a coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism includes: a radius arm including a tubular part which has openings at both sides thereof; a shaft inserted into the tubular part and provided with projecting portions formed at both side surfaces of the shaft; a pair of receiving seats including fitting grooves in which the respective projecting portions are fitted; cover members configured to support the respective projecting portions; and fastening members configured to fix the cover members to the respective receiving seats. A portion of each fitting groove and a portion of the corresponding projecting portion, the portions contacting each other, respectively have arc surfaces, and a portion of each projecting portion and a portion of the corresponding cover member, the portions contacting each other, respectively have flat surfaces.
