Provided is a shutter comprising a main body and a shaft bearing. The main body has a substantially circular plate shape, and, in a closed state to close a passage, a front face of the main body is located upstream of a back face thereof in the passage. The shaft bearing is rotatably engaged with a shaft configured to divide the passage into a main passage and a sub-passage in an open state to open the passage, the sub-passage having a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the main passage. The main body includes: a main-passage-side end located in the main passage in the closed state; and a bent portion bent at the main-passage-side end in a direction from the back face side to the front face side. A parallel cross-section of the main body, the cross-section being taken along a parting plane parallel to the shaft, has a circular arc shape bowed toward the back face side from the front face side.

Shutter and air blower

In order to efficiently exchange indoor air and outdoor air, to reduce power consumption, and to reduce discomfort to a user, damper, which switches between a heat exchange exhaust air path and a normal ventilation air path, is provided in an exhaust air path. In addition, a discomfort index is calculated from detection results of indoor temperature sensor provided on indoor-side inlet and outdoor temperature sensor provided on outdoor-side inlet. Further, controller, which switches between the heat exchange exhaust air path and the normal ventilation air path so as not to cause discomfort to the user, is provided to control damper.

Supply and exhaust ventilation device

A ventilation fan humidity sensor and case includes a ventilation fan and a housing in which a suction port and an exhaust port are provided, a blowing part that guides air to the exhaust port from the suction port, an orifice that guides air sucked from the suction port to the blowing part via an air exhaust channel that communicates the suction port and the exhaust port, a humidity sensor for detecting humidity of air in the housing, and a humidity sensor case for accommodating the humidity sensor. The humidity sensor case includes a sensor base with a box shape having an opening, a first sensor cap that has a first ventilation hole and covers the opening, and a second sensor cap that has a second ventilation hole and covers the opening inside the first sensor cap.

Ventilation fan humidity sensor and case

A ventilation grille has an annular shape, and includes a panel and a lamp unit. The panel includes an intake opening provided around a central part of the annular shape, and a frame provided around the intake opening. The lamp unit is provided in the central part of the annular shape. The panel has a structure for attaching and detaching the lamp unit.

A ventilator includes a body part with a box shape, an adapter plate provided on one surface of the body part, a blowing part, and an adapter provided on the adapter plate. The adapter includes a connection surface connected to the adapter plate, and a cylindrical outer peripheral wall rising perpendicularly from the connection surface. The adapter plate includes a first hook part, a second hook part, a first caulking joint part, and a second caulking joint part. The first hook part and the second hook part restrict the connection surface to slide in a horizontal direction, while restricting the connection surface to move in a direction away from the adapter plate in the restriction condition. The adapter plate and the connection surface are overlapped with each other to be joined by the first caulking joint part and the second caulking joint part.

Ventilator and method of manufacturing ventilator

Supply air conduit () along which air is sent from outdoors to indoors by the air supply fan (), exhaust air conduit () along which air is sent from indoors to outdoors by the air exhaust fan (), and heat exchange element () provided at a position where supply air conduit () and exhaust air conduit () intersect, for exchanging heat between indoor air and outdoor air for ventilation are included. In addition, in exhaust air conduit (), humidity detection unit () is provided at a position upstream of heat exchange element (), and, in supply air conduit (), temperature detection unit () is provided at a position upstream of heat exchange element (). In addition, controller () reduces, when a temperature detected by temperature detection unit () and humidity detected by humidity detection unit () are predetermined values, speed of an air supply motor and an air exhaust motor so that air flow rates at which moisture neither condenses nor freezes are attained.

Heat exchanger ventilator

To provide a sauna device having a small number of components without any special heat source, operable at a low running cost, and capable of turning a sauna room into a high humidity space with low noise. The sauna device has a heating/humidifying unit for heating/humidifying air, a ventilating unit for exhausting the air in the sauna room, and a control unit for controlling the heating/humidifying unit and the ventilating unit. The heating/humidifying unit has a heating section for heating the air through a circulation blowing section for circulating the air in the sauna room and a humidifying section for humidifying the heated air having passed through the heating section. The humidified air is blown out into the sauna room through the humidifying section. A bent portion where the air-blowing duct through which the humidified air having passed through the humidifying section passes is bent is provided.
