A vehicular control device includes: one housing to contain modules having electronic components; a main circuit wiring connecting a first pair of modules; a main circuit wiring connecting a second pair of modules; and a main circuit wiring connecting a third pair of modules. The main circuit wiring, in which a maximum value of current flowing therein is greater than or equal to a first threshold, extends to an exterior of the housing.

Vehicular control device

A draining member protrudes from both openings of a through-hole in a vehicle control device. It has a pair of spaced elastic members extending from a connection. The connection has a width smaller than a width of the through-hole. The width between the elastic members varies from the connection toward their ends, reaching a narrow portion smaller than the width of the through-hole via an increased width portion greater than the width of the through-hole. A leg portion beyond the narrow portion has a width greater than the width of the through-hole. A minimum distance between a location where the width between the increased width portion and the narrow portion matches the width of the through-hole, and another location where the width of the leg portion is equal to or greater than the width of the through-hole, is equal to or greater than a thickness of the housing.

A filter capacitor accumulating direct-current power and a semiconductor device module performing a switching operation that converts the direct-current power accumulated in the filter capacitor to alternating-current power are electrically connected with each other through a laminated bus bar. The laminated bus bar has a first bus bar and a second bus bar in which a plurality of connection conductors are laminated through an insulator. The second bus bar is provided with heat radiating portions that are formed by exposing a part of the conductor in each flat plate surface.

Controller for railway vehicle

A vehicle control device includes plural functional modules each of which is a minimum part unit that contributes to change in input/output potentials, and has an input and an output of one power line or one set of power lines, except for power lines having a same potential as that on an overhead wire side or that on a ground side. The functional module has an interface surface on one side surface, to which both of a signal line and the power line are connected. Each interface surface is divided into a first interface area in which a signal line terminal connected to the signal line is placed, and a second interface area in which a power line terminal connected to the power line is placed. The plural functional modules are adjacently arranged such that the interface surfaces face in a same direction, the first interface areas are located on one end side in common, and the second interface areas are located on the other end side in common.
