A control device controls a generation force of a force generating mechanism including a permanent magnet and an armature that generate an adjustable force between a first member and a second member. The control device includes: a command value acquisition unit that acquires a generation force command value of the force generating mechanism; a relative displacement acquisition unit that acquires a relative displacement of the permanent magnet and the armature; a movement direction command acquisition unit that acquires a movement direction command of the armature with respect to the permanent magnet from the generation force command value; and an actual movement direction acquisition unit that acquires an actual movement direction of the armature with respect to the permanent magnet from the relative displacement. The generation force command value is corrected by acquiring a correction value based on the movement direction command and the actual movement direction.

Control device, vehicle behavior control device, and force generation mechanism system

An electromagnetic actuator device reduces pulsation and improves thrust, and includes: a magnet; and an armature that moves relative to the magnet. The armature includes: a plurality of teeth formed in a relative movement direction; a plurality of slots between the plurality of teeth; a yoke connecting the plurality of teeth; and a winding around the plurality of slots. The magnet includes a plurality of magnet portions facing the plurality of teeth via a gap and are disposed in the relative movement direction. A relationship between a minimum sectional area Scof one tooth end portion of the armature and a minimum sectional area Scof the other tooth end portion is Sc>Sc; and a relationship between the minimum sectional area Scof the other tooth end portion and a sectional area Sy of the yoke in a direction crossing the relative movement direction is Sc≥Sy.

Electromagnetic actuator device and suspension device provided with same

The present invention provides an electromagnetic suspension capable of suppressing interference with other components and devices, being mounted in a narrow space, and having a small thrust pulsation, a large thrust, and a high damping performance even for a high-frequency vibration source. An electromagnetic suspension of the present invention includes a linear motor that includes an armature and a permanent magnet portion, the armature including a winding and a magnetic body, the permanent magnet portion being disposed on an outer periphery of the armature and including a permanent magnet and a cylindrical magnetic body, and the armature and the permanent magnet portion being relatively linearly driven in the linear motor, in which a recess recessed from an outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical magnetic body and a protrusion protruding from the outer peripheral portion are disposed on the same circumference of the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical magnetic body.

Electromagnetic suspension

A conveying device conveys a container including a magnetic body to a target position along a conveyance path and includes a conveyance surface configured by arranging a plurality of magnetic poles including a core and a coil, and including a conveyance path, a drive unit supplying a current to the coil, and a position detection unit estimating the position of the container. The position detection unit excites a first magnetic pole to detect the position of the container and applies a voltage to at least one second magnetic pole that is peripheral in a predetermined range from the first magnetic pole and is different from the first magnetic pole in a direction in which the polarity becomes opposite to the exciting current of the first magnetic pole, and a process of estimating the position of the container based on the current value of the first magnetic pole.

Conveying device and analysis system

Provided is a conveyance device capable of reducing the weight of a conveyance device while preventing magnetic saturation. Conveyance device

An objective of the present invention is to provide a conveyance device that can increase inductance variation while suppressing the lowering of thrust. A conveyance deviceconveys an articleto be conveyed. The articleto be conveyed can be conveyed by a magnetic force. The conveyance devicecomprises a plurality of electromagnetsand. Each electromagnetcomprises: teethandincluding a magnetic body; and windingsandwound around the teethand. The conveyance devicecomprises a yokefor magnetically coupling the electromagnetsand, and driving circuitsandfor supplying current to the windingsand. The teethandhave a cavityextending in the axial direction.

A transport device and a transport method efficiently increase a thrust to suppress power consumption. The transport device has a first magnetic body on a side of a to-be-transported object, a magnetic circuit with a core consisting of a second magnetic body, and a winding wound around an outside of the core, and a drive circuit supplying a current to the winding of the magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit has first and second magnetic circuits, and in a case where the first magnetic body is located on a side of the second magnetic circuit relative to a first predetermined position between the first magnetic circuit and the second magnetic circuit, the drive circuit supplies a current to a winding of the first magnetic circuit in such a manner to cause an electromagnetic repulsive force to be generated between the first magnetic body and the first magnetic circuit.

The weight of a body-to-be-conveyed constituting a conveying device is reduced, and the friction force between the sliding surface of the body-to-be-conveyed and the conveyance path is reduced. Body-to-be-conveyed, container carrier, and conveying device

A linear motor achieves both a decrease in pulsation and an increase in propulsion with a 6n teeth structure provided with: a first mover for holding permanent magnets arranged longitudinally; a first stator having 6n teeth that are arranged so as to oppose the first mover and 6n windings that are wound on the respective teeth; a second mover holding permanent magnets longitudinally; a second stator having 6n teeth that are arranged in the longitudinal direction so as to oppose the second mover and 6n windings that are wound on the respective teeth The permanent magnets opposing each other in the first mover and the second mover are disposed with a phase difference of π/2 in the moving direction of the two movers, and electrical currents with a phase difference of (1+6m)π/3 or (2+6m)π/3 are supplied to the windings opposing each other in the first stator and the second stator.

Linear motion motor

The present invention provides a transport device and a specimen analysis system including the transport device that reduce the pulsation of thrust for moving an object to be transported, reduce vibration of the object to be transported during transport, and realize stable transport. The transport device of the present invention includes a first electromagnet unit including a first tooth made of a magnetic body, a first core connected to the first tooth and made of a magnetic body, and a first winding formed around the first core; a second electromagnet unit including a second tooth installed adjacent to the first electromagnet unit and made of a magnetic body, a second core connected to the second tooth and made of a magnetic body, a second winding formed around the second core; and a magnetic coupling unit made of a magnetic body between the first tooth of the first electromagnet unit and the second tooth of the second electromagnet unit.

Provided is a transport device in which reliability is increased by suppressing deterioration of the transport surface and transport efficiency is increased by suppressing electrical current loss. A transport devicecomprising a transported body having either a permanent magnetor a magnetic body, and an electromagnet unit in which coilsare wound around teethcomprising magnetic bodies, and having recesses on surfaces of the teethfacing the transported body. Specifically, the surfaces of the teethfacing the transported body have at least two surfaces (first facing surface, second facing surface, etc.) which have different distances to the transported body.

Conveying device

To provide a linear motor and device which suppress contact of a movable element with a core. The linear motor includes: a movable element having a permanent magnet; and an armature having magnetic pole teeth located in an up/down direction of the movable element, a winding wound around the magnetic pole teeth, and an arm part extending in a right/left direction of the movable element. The movable element and the armature make relative movement in a front/back direction. The linear motor includes a protective member which is located between the arm part and the movable element and in which a movable element facing surface facing the movable element is located inside an outer end of the winding.
