A brushless motor includes a stator and a rotor installed in the stator. The stator includes a front insulating frame and a rear insulating frame. The rotor includes a rotating shaft, a front bearing, a rear bearing, a front-end cover and a rear-end cover. The front-end cover is located on the front side of the rotor and installed on the front bearing. The rear-end cover is located on the rear side of the rotor and is installed on the rear bearing and abuts against the rear insulating frame. The front side of the front insulating frame is provided with multiple first snap parts. The front-end cover is provided with multiple second snap parts in the circumference. The first snap parts are snap-fitted with the second snap parts.

Brushless motor and handheld power tool using the same

An impact drill includes an output shaft capable of rotating around a first axis and moving along the first axis, a housing, a first impact block fixedly connected to the output shaft, a second impact block, a stopping element for stopping the output shaft from moving backward, and a movable element mounted on the housing. The housing is formed with a through hole for accommodating the movable element. The through hole passes through the housing in a first line and the movable element is capable of moving to a first position and a second position along the first line. When the movable element moves to the first position, the movable element prevents the output shaft from moving backward. When the movable element moves to the second position, the movable element allows the output shaft to move backward.

Impact drill

A power tool, including an output member, a motor, a housing, a transmission device, and a shifting device. The shifting device includes a first shifting element, a second shifting element, an operation member, and a connecting member. The first shifting element is capable of switching between a first position and a second position, and the second shifting element is capable of switching between a third position and a fourth position. When sliding relative to the housing, the operation member drives the first shifting element to switch between the first position and the second position, and a position of the second shifting element remains unchanged. When the operation member rotates relative to the housing, the connecting member drives the second shifting element to switch between the third position and the fourth position, and a position of the first shifting element remains unchanged.

Power tool

A burnishing element is clamped to a lower surface of a bottom plate of a sanding machine and placed into tension through use of a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism that are positioned at two ends of the bottom plate, respectively. At least one of the first and second clamping mechanisms has a clamping element and a tensioning element which is used for tensioning the burnishing element. The bottom plate has a clamping area. The ends of the burnishing element are supported on the clamping area when the burnishing element is in placed into tension by the tensioning element.

Sanding machine with clamping mechanism

A reciprocating saw includes a housing and a support shoe mounted on the front end of the housing which is adjacent to a saw blade. The support shoe includes a guide plate which is partly mounted in the housing and is movable thereabout, and a base plate pivotally connected to the guide plate. The guide plate has a series of recesses or apertures. The reciprocating saw also includes a locking member which is movable in the housing along a first direction and at least a portion of which could be engaged with any one of the recesses or apertures, and an adjusting member which is movable along a direction perpendicular to the first direction from a first position to a second position. The locking member is disposed between the adjusting member and the guide plate.

Support shoe for a reciprocating saw

A blade clamping device comprises a main body which includes two opposited sidewalls and a base plate connected therebetween for defining a cavity for receiving a blade therein. A fixing device mounted between the two sidewalls. A pivot lever is pivotly mounted on the main body about an axis for driving the fixing device to fix or release the blade. A spring is biased between the main body and the pivot lever, which can hold the pivot lever in a predetermined position at which the fixing device clamps the blade tightly. The blade clamping device of the present invention can be kept in the position where the blade is released such that the blade can be easily detached or inserted as required. Furthermore, the operation becomes convenient and easy because of the short moving distance of the operation handle when an operator turns round the pivot lever to fix or release blade.
