A radiator includes a radiation substrate on which a dipole radiator configured to radiate a signal having a polarization of +45° and a signal having a polarization of −45° is formed, a first transmission line substrate vertically coupled to the radiation substrate and having a first transmission line and a second transmission line, formed thereon, a second transmission line substrate that is vertically coupled to the radiation substrate, is spaced parallel to the first transmission line substrate, and has a third transmission line, and a fourth transmission line, formed thereon, and a distribution circuit board vertically coupled to the first transmission line substrate and the second transmission line substrate and configured to provide the signal having a polarization of +45° and the signal having a polarization of −45° to the first to fourth transmission lines.

Low loss wideband radiator for base station antenna

A radar antenna is disclosed. The disclosed antenna includes: a dielectric substrate; a feed line for feeding RF signals that is formed on an upper portion of the dielectric substrate and has a linear form; a multiple number of radiators that are perpendicularly joined to the feed line and have a bent structure comprising a horizontal portion and a vertical portion; a matching element for adjusting impedance matching that is joined to an end of the feed line; and a ground formed on a lower portion of the dielectric substrate, where a length of the horizontal portion and the vertical portion is set based on a polarization angle of an RF signal that is to be radiated. The disclosed antenna can be manufactured with a simple structure and a compact size.

Radar array antenna

Disclosed is a radar array antenna. The radar array antenna includes: at least one main power feed line electrically coupled to a feed point; a plurality of branch lines branched from the main feed line; and a plurality of patch radiators, each having a square shape, and respectively coupled to the plurality of branch lines. Each of the plurality of branch lines is coupled to one edge of each of the patch radiators. According to the disclosed radar array antenna, the power feed line of the radar array antenna may be minimized in size by using the patch radiator to reduce power losses and realize miniaturization.

An adaptor for connecting a microstrip line and a waveguide is disclosed that includes a microstrip line part and a waveguide part. The microstrip line part includes a microstrip port pattern and a patch pattern on an upper portion of a substrate, where the patch pattern is joined to an end portion of the microstrip port pattern. The waveguide part includes a waveguide hole, for transferring a signal provided from the patch pattern; a channel hole, which is formed in an area for joining with the microstrip line part, is formed along a first direction orthogonal to a direction of the waveguide hole in correspondence to the microstrip port pattern, and is connected with the waveguide hole; and a stub hole, which is connected with the waveguide hole and is formed in an area for joining with the microstrip line part along a second direction opposite to the first direction.
