Disclosed is an organic carbon detector that can be used with a liquid chromatography equipment such as a size exclusion chromatography. The organic carbon detector contains a carbon oxidization subsystem and a stripping and COdetection subsystem arranged and detachably connected with each other in said order. The carbon oxidization subsystem contains a microfluidic agent injection module (), an inorganic carbon removal module (), a microfluidic ultraviolet oxidation module () and a vacuum pumping system (), configured to remove inorganic carbons and oxidize organic carbons. The stripping and COdetection subsystem contains a stripping module () and a COdetector (), using a carrier gas to transfer the organic carbon converted gas to the COdetector (). Also disclosed is a method of using the organic carbon detector in water quality monitoring.

Organic carbon detector for liquid chromatography and use thereof

Disclosed is a composite LED module comprising a 230&#xb1;10 nm deep-ultraviolet light LED, a 275&#xb1;10 nm deep-ultraviolet light LED, and 0 to 3 visible light LED(s), packed in a same substrate. Also disclosed are a water quality monitoring device and a water quality monitoring probe containing the composite LED module.
