There is provided an air pressure system for controlling an air compressor in real time in accordance with the actual usage of compressed air by a plurality of terminals. Furthermore, in case pressure losses change abruptly, unwanted electric power is prevented from being consumed by a stable operation free of response delays on the basis of a predicted model that assesses time lags of volume responses. There is provided an air pressure system for supplying compressed air discharged from an air compressor through an air tank and a piping system to a plurality of terminals that consume the compressed air, including a compressor pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of compressed air discharged from the air compressor, a plurality of terminal pressure sensors for measuring the pressures of compressed air supplied respectively to the terminals, a flow rate difference calculating device for calculating deviation information on the basis of a capacity of the air tank, information on the piping system, the pressure of compressed air discharged from the air compressor, and the pressures of compressed air supplied respectively to the terminals, and a control device for controlling operation of the air compressor on the basis of the deviation information.

Air pressure system

Provided is a pipe network evaluation device that is capable of calculating a pressure loss in a pipe network and a consumption flow rate of compressed air in each terminal equipment without inputting layout information on devices, even in a case where there are some devices, the layout information about which is difficult to ascertain visually or obtain from a building drawing, or the like. Provided is a pipe network evaluation device that estimates the resistance of a pipe, the layout information about which is unknown, on the basis of pressure data on compressed air in an air tank, flow rate data on compressed air supplied from the air tank, layout unknown-part pipe outlet pressure data, for which layout information is unknown, and layout known-part pipe layout information, for which layout information is known.

Pipe network evaluation device and method

A network simulation device of the present invention: accepts an input of first plane information being positional information on a network projected onto a coordinate plane having any two dimensions out of three dimensions as coordinate axes; creates network model information which defines a coordinate value of the remaining one dimension as unknown based on the accepted first plane information; accepts selection of the element having the coordinate value defined as unknown by a user from the elements which appear in the first plane information; accepts an input of second plane information being positional information on the network projected onto a coordinate plane having any two dimensions including the remaining one dimension as coordinate axes; and determines a numerical value of the coordinate value defined as unknown of the selected element in the created network model information based on the accepted second plane information.

Network simulation device, network simulation method, and network simulation program

Provided is a pipeline network diagnosing device in which: a pressure measurement value is stored upon being acquired by a pressure gauge; a pipeline network is divided into sub-networks at the installation positions of an air compressor, a terminal device, and a pressure gauge installed partway along a pipeline channel, after which a sub-network model is generated; the flow of air within a sharing sub-network configured from two sub-networks that share the pressure gauge is calculated and stored, the pressure measurement value at an end part of the sharing sub-network serving as a calculation criterion; the pressure measurement value and a pressure calculation value at a shared pressure measurement point are compared to each other, the shared pressure measurement point being a pressure measurement point shared by the two sub-networks within the sharing sub-network; an assessment is made for each of the sub-networks with regard to whether air has leaked or a device has clogged; and any sub-networks in which air leakage or device clogging is assessed to have occurred are displayed on a display device using the results of the aforementioned assessment.

Pipeline network diagnosing device

A pneumatic system operation control device for variable control of the rotation speed of an electric motor for driving an air-compressor such that constantly supplied pressure to a terminal device is achieved in accordance with a discharge pressure measurement value of the air-compressor and a supply pressure measurement value to the terminal device. The control device: stores the discharge pressure measurement value and the supply pressure measurement value; and, upon receiving input of an air pipe network model composed of data for calculating a flow of air in an air pipe network, calculates a flow rate of air supplied to the terminal device and an update value of a control setting value, and updates the control setting value to be used for variable control on the basis of the update value.
