The present disclosure provides a liquid cooling assembly and a liquid cooling apparatus. The liquid cooling assembly includes: two heat conducting plates, configured to perform heat dissipation on a storage module attached to each of the heat conducting plates; a liquid cooling tube, disposed on an end of the each heat conducting plates and configured to perform liquid cooling on the heat conducting plates; and an elastic support, disposed between the two heat conducting plates and configured to apply elastic pressure to the heat conducting plates during attachment between the heat conducting plates and the storage modules, to cause the heat conducting plates to be tightly attached to surfaces of the storage modules, and cause the storage modules to be easily separated from the heat conducting plates after the elastic support is removed from the two heat conducting plates.

Cooling assembly and liquid cooling apparatus

The present disclosure discloses a liquid-cooled cold plate device, comprising a microchannel cold plate for dissipating heat of the electronic system, at least two microchannel groups, disposed inside the microchannel cold plate; at least one liquid inlet, provided on the microchannel cold plate and used for the cooling liquid to flow in; at least one liquid outlet provided on the microchannel cold plate and used for the cooling liquid to flow out; the cooling liquid entering the liquid inlet is divided into one cooling liquid branch; the cooling liquid branch flows bidirectionally through the microchannels group. The present disclosure uses a combination of microchannel cold plates and microchannel groups, greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency, reduces the influence of thermal cascade, thus is beneficial to the efficient heat dissipation of electronic system.

Liquid-cooled cold plate device

A closed loop liquid cooler and an electronic device using the same. The closed loop liquid cooler includes: a first liquid cooling module and a second liquid cooling module, where a cooling reflux at an output end of the first liquid cooling module is outputted to a cooling liquid input end of the second liquid cooling module; and a cooling reflux at an output end of the second liquid cooling module is outputted to a cooling liquid input end of the first liquid cooling module.

A liquid cooling device, which is used for performing heat dissipation to switching chips and optical modules in the electronic device, and comprises: a first cooling plate attached to the switching chip and used for performing heat dissipation to the switching chip; a second cooling plate attached to the optical module and used for performing heat dissipation to the optical module; an air-liquid heat exchanger used for containing cooling liquid and performing cooling to backflow cooling liquid through cooling air; a transmission pipe used for sequentially transmitting the cooling liquid flowing out from the air-liquid heat exchanger to the first cooling plate and the second cooling plate, which then flows back to the air-liquid heat exchanger; and a power device used for controlling the cooling liquid in the transmission pipe to be sequentially transmitted to the first cooling plate and the second plate and then flow back.

Provided are a fan control method and a fan control system. The fan control method of the present invention includes the steps of predetermining a reliable operating temperature of a hard disk; creating a storing a corresponding relationship between an average hard disk temperature and a fan speed, and creating and storing a corresponding relationship between a hard disk temperature greater than the reliable operating temperature and a fan speed; reading actual temperatures of the plurality of hard disks; comparing the actual temperatures of the plurality of hard disks with the reliable operating temperature; computing an average temperature of the plurality of hard disks; and outputting a control signal to adjust the fan speed based on the stored corresponding relationship between an average hard disk temperature and a fan speed. Accordingly, the present invention may increase hard disk reliability and decrease power dissipation of a fan and system noise.
