A turnable headrest includes a headrest body and a headrest rod. The headrest body is wrapped around and hinged to a horizontal rod of the headrest rod, and two vertical rods of the headrest rod are inserted into a seat. The turnable headrest further includes a fixed tooth, a torsion spring, a rotary tooth, and a reset tension spring. A headrest body locking portion, a headrest body rotary tooth portion, and a turned headrest body locking portion are disposed on the fixed tooth. A rotary tooth portion is disposed on the rotary tooth. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the headrest body locking portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is locked at an initial use position. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the headrest body rotary tooth portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is at a turnable position. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the turned headrest body locking portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is locked at a flat position. The turnable headrest has advantages such as a strong self-locking ability, a small quantity of parts, a simple structure, and low costs.

Reversible headrest

The invention relates to a self-reset adjusting mechanism, including: a mounting base; an adjusting member rotatably mounted on the mounting base; a first reset member mounted between the adjusting member and the mounting base; a limiting member rotatably mounted on the mounting base, the limiting member being provided with, corresponding to the adjusting member, a plurality of clamping tables at different heights, and the position of the adjusting member being adjusted by clamping the adjusting member on the clamping tables corresponding to the limiting member; and a second reset member mounted between the limiting member and the mounting base, when the limiting member is rotated to the limit position, the second reset member being deformed to produce an acting force in a direction the same as the rotation direction of the limiting member to cause the limiting member to be in the limit position, and in this case, the first reset member resetting the adjusting member and exerting a reset acting force on the limiting member, so that the second reset member is restored and the limiting member is reset. The self-reset adjusting mechanism of the invention simplifies a core mechanism of a headrest while ensuring the strength of the headrest, has a simple structure, occupies a small space, and has a large adjustment range and a high impact resistance strength.

The invention discloses a novel four-direction headrest, which comprises a headrest housing, a U-shaped headrest bar, a Z-direction sliding fixing socket, an unlocking mechanism bracket, a tab, a tab return spring, an X-direction sliding fixing socket, an X-direction sliding guide, an unlocking steel wire, an unlocking button, wherein the locking and unlocking among the X-direction sliding fixing socket, the unlocking mechanism bracket, and the U-shaped headrest bar is realized by the unlocking steel wire, and the locking and unlocking between the tab and the X-direction sliding guide is realized by the tab movement driven by the unlocking steel wire. The locking and unlocking mechanism of the invention is simple, efficient and controllable.
