The substrate has an identification area configured to identify a fingerprint and a non-identification area located at a periphery of the identification area. A touch display device and a touch display are provided. The touch display device includes a touch electrode and a backlight module disposed opposite to the touch electrode. The backlight module includes a backlight film and a backlight iron frame supporting the backlight film. The backlight film is disposed between the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame; and the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame are electrically connected to a touch signal terminal. The touch signal terminal is configured to transmit a touch signal to the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame. The touch electrode and the backlight iron frame receive a same touch signal, thereby eliminating the capacitance coupling effect between the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame, increasing touch sensitivity, and reducing vibration noise of the backlight film. The touch display includes the touch display device, and has advantages of the touch display device.

Touch display device and touch display

The invention provides a display panel and a display device. An array substrate of the display panel includes signal transmission circuits and a control signal circuit. The signal transmission circuits include a first signal transmission circuit and a second signal transmission circuit in the circuit region. The second signal transmission circuit and the control signal circuit are disposed at the same layer. Therefore, there is no need to provide a hole for electrical connection between second signal transmission circuit and control signal circuit in the circuit region. The density of the holes in the circuit region is reduced.

Display panel and display device

An in-cell facial recognition display panel, a method, and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. A facial recognition sub pixel is provided with a facial recognition module which is configured to capture a facial image. A display chip and facial recognition chip is arranged at one terminal of a non-display area. The display chip drives a panel display. The facial recognition chip drives the facial recognition sub pixel to capture the facial image. The present disclosure facilitates the design of a comprehensive screen, the improvement of the screen production yield, and the economy of the entire device.

In-cell facial recognition display panel, method and liquid crystal display

A touch-control array substrate and a display device are provided. A plurality of touch-control units are arranged on the touch-control array substrate. A product of a resistance value of a touch-control circuit of the touch-control units and a capacitive value of the touch-control electrode of the touch-control units is constant. The effort for the touch-control chip to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is the same as the effort to drive the near-IC terminal touch-control electrode. So it will not occur that to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is difficult or unsuccessful.

Touch control array substrate and display device

Provided is a driving method of a touch display panel. The driving method of the touch display panel drives the touch display panel with an indentation design. Common voltages are inputted to touch electrodes, and a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a larger area is smaller than a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a small area. Or, common voltages are inputted to the touch electrodes and data voltages are inputted to pixel electrodes, so that the data voltages of the pixel electrodes corresponding to the touch electrodes with the same area are the same when an area corresponding to pixel electrodes of the touch display panel displays an image with a same gray scale, a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a larger area is smaller than a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a small area.

Driving method of touch display panel

A display device comprises a backlight module, a display panel and a first glue layer. The backlight module comprises a light guiding plate, a flexible reflecting sheet and a light source. The light guiding plate is provided with a light incoming face, a light outgoing face, a back face and a plurality of side faces. The flexible reflecting sheet is provided with a first area segment and a plurality of second area segments. The back face of the light guiding plate leans against the first area segment; the second area segments are connected to the first area segment and are bent relative to the first area segment; and at least part of the second area segments cover the side faces of the light guiding plate correspondingly. The light source is arranged on the flexible reflecting sheet and is aligned with the light incoming face of the light guiding plate. The light outgoing face faces the display panel. The display panel and the backlight module adhere to each other through the first glue layer. The first glue layer is located between the display panel and the second area segments of the flexible reflecting sheet. The invention also discloses an assembling method of the display device. Thus, the display device can achieve the frame narrowing function.

Flexible display device

The present invention teaches a touch display panel having a notch. A first resistance of a touch electrode is defined as the sum of a contact resistance between the touch electrode and the touch electrode's corresponding wire, and a resistance of the corresponding wire. For touch electrodes of an identical area, the touch electrodes have an identical first resistances. For touch electrodes of different areas, the touch electrodes of smaller areas have greater first resistances than those of the touch electrodes of greater areas. A consistent RC loading is obtained for touch electrodes of different areas, thereby effectively eliminating the touch and display differences resulted from the different areas of touch electrodes as the touch display panel has a notch design.

Touch display panel

A display panel includes a transparent substrate, a visible light backlight source, an infrared backlight source, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of display data lines, a plurality of sensing data lines, a plurality of display transistors, a plurality of display pixels, a plurality of sensing pixels, and plurality of sensing transistors. When the display transistors receive the scanning signals, the display pixels are configured to display grayscale according to the visible light and the display data signals. When the sensing transistors receive the scanning signals, the sensing pixels are configured to generate detecting signals after conducting the sensing signals to the plurality of sensing data lines. Fingerprint recognition can be implemented on the display area of display panel without extra fingerprint recognizing components so that the screen can be minimized and the smart terminals can be lighter.

The present invention provides a force touch display device, including a liquid crystal display (), a backlight module (), a backlight module bottom frame (), a shield layer (), a pressure sensor () and a middle frame (). With the shield layer () providing a function of shielding an electromagnetic noise signal being used inside the display device, the interference applied on the pressure sense result of the pressure sensor by the electromagnetic noise signal inside the force touch display device is effectively reduced, and thus the force touch sensitivity of the force touch display device is improved.

Force touch display device

The invention provides a display screen and an electronic device, by disposing a plurality of one or more fingerprint recognition blocks () in the active area (AA), with pixel electrode layer () corresponding to each sub-pixel unit (SP) comprising a sub-pixel electrode () and a fingerprint recognition electrode () spaced from the sub-pixel electrode (), the corresponding BM layer () comprising a black frame () covering the sub-pixel electrode () peripheral and a black block () covering the fingerprint recognition electrode (); and disposing the fingerprint recognition signal lines () contacting the fingerprint recognition electrode () to electrically connect the fingerprint recognition electrode () to an integrated chip () of display and fingerprinting recognition. The invention is capable of integrating a fingerprint recognition function in a display area having a low resolution and without a touch function, enabling full-screen multi-block fingerprint recognition without time-division scanning.

Display screen and electronic device

An in-cell touch display panel and an electronic device are provided. The in-cell touch display panel includes a plurality of photo spacers (PSs) configured to stand on a protection layer along a direction in which dummy lines extend. The dummy lines are disconnected in standing locations of the PSs. The PSs are arrange to avoid a metallic wiring layer, and the standing locations of PSs are flatter. As such, supporting height of the PSs are the same, and a cell thickness is made uniform. The dark stripe issue caused by the configuration of the PSs may be avoided, and so does the un-recoverable Push Mura, water ripple, and bright and dark spots. At the same time, the surface pressure and the display performance of the in-cell touch display panel may be enhanced.

In-cell touch display panels and electronic devices

The invention provides a touch display panel and an electronic device, with the positions of pixel electrode layer and common electrode layer at the side of array substrate in conventional touch display panel changed; wherein common electrode layer () as touch sensor is changed to the top, and pixel electrode layer () is changed to below common electrode layer (). Pixel electrode () is connected to source/drain () of TFT () via first through hole (V) penetrating planarization layer (), which requiring only to drill planarization layer without the need to drill both the protective layer and planarization layer as in prior art to achieve connecting pixel electrode to TFT. The invention saves a mask, a drilling process and production cost and improves production efficiency. Moreover, placing common electrode () as touch sensor at the top facilitates optimizing sensitivity and SNR, thereby improves touch performance and product quality.

In-cell touch display panel and electronic device

The embodiment of the present invention discloses a touch display device, including: a common electrode layer, having a plurality of driving regions with driving region electrodes inside, which are arranged in a rectangular array, and a plurality of floating regions with floating region electrodes inside located between the driving regions of tow adjacent columns, and the two adjacent floating regions are located in space and construct a floating region pair, and isolating regions among the driving regions and the floating regions; floating connection lines are distributed at the sensing layer, and one point of a floating connection line is electrically coupled to the floating region electrode in one floating region in the floating region pair with a first via, and an another point of the floating connection line is electrically coupled to the floating region electrode in the other floating region in the floating region pair with a second via.

A force sensing layer is disposed on a lower surface of the liquid crystal panel. A bottom polarizer is disposed on a lower surface of the force sensing layer.
