An endoscope, including: a handle, a sheath tube, an endoscopic cannula, and a tensioning mechanism. The sheath tube includes a first axial guide hole and a first joint pin disposed in the first axial guide hole. The handle includes a second axial guide hole and a second joint pin disposed in the second axial guide hole. The first joint pin matches and is directly connected to the second joint pin. The sheath tube matches and connects to the handle. The handle includes a cavity and the tensioning mechanism is disposed in the cavity. The endoscopic cannula includes a flexible part extending out of the sheath tube and a rigid part fixed in the sheath tube. The flexible part includes a steering wire. The first joint pin is connected to the steering wire. The tensioning mechanism is connected to the second joint pin.

A self-locking angle adjustment mechanism for an endoscope includes: an endoscope angle adjustment steel wire (), a rotation handle (), an endoscope handle () and a self-locking rotation device, wherein: an outer conical surface is provided at an external surface of the rotation shaft (), a conical cylinder is sleeved onto the outer conical surface; a spring (), which can drive the rotation shaft to move towards a direction of the conical cylinder or drive the conical cylinder to move towards a direction of the rotation shaft, and can force the inner conical surface to closely fit with the outer conical surface for self-locking, is located along an axial direction of the rotation shaft or conical cylinder. Through the present invention, the flexible sheath is locked stepless at any position, meeting free positioning requirement of endoscope during surgeries, reducing labor strength during surgeries, avoiding patient injuries caused by misoperations.

Self-locking angle adjustment mechanism for endoscope

The present invention relates to a multidirectional turning endoscope, which includes an insertion portion (), an endoscope handle () and a bending driving portion (); wherein: the bending driving portion includes a left-right driving rod, an up-down driving rod, a rotation shaft, a left turning wheel (), a right turning wheel () and a spring (); the rotation shaft includes a left half shaft () and a right half shaft (); the external surface of the left half shaft and the external surface of the right half shaft respectively have a left outer conical face and a right outer conical face, a left conical cylinder and a right conical cylinder () are respectively sleeved to the left outer conical face and a right outer conical face; a spring () is located at an axial direction of the left half shaft and the right half shaft.

Multidirectional turning endoscope

An endoscope including a catheter, a steering handle for controlling the bending of the catheter, and a pipe connector. The catheter includes an outer tube and an inner tube. The outer tube is sleeved outside the inner tube. The steering handle includes a handle sleeve and a handle cover. The handle sleeve is sleeved outside the handle cover. An axial guide rail and a sliding block are arranged between the handle sleeve and the handle cover. The guide rail and the sliding block are fixed on the handle sleeve or the handle cover respectively. The outer tube is fixedly connected with the handle sleeve. The inner tube penetrates a through hole in the center of the handle sleeve, is connected with a port of the pipe connector and fixed therein. The pipe connector is positioned in the handle cover and fixedly connected therewith.
