The present disclosure discloses a linear motor having a housing with an receiving space, a vibration unit and a stator unit received in the receiving space. The vibrator unit includes a weight and an elastic member fixed to the weight. The elastic member includes a first fixation portion fixed to the weight and a second fixation portion fixed to the housing. At least one soldering plate fixed to at least one of the first fixation portion and the second fixation portion. The soldering plate includes a rectangle portion and the extending portion having a smaller width than the rectangle portion. The vibration motor has higher fatigue life and high reliability.

Objectives of eliminating influence of a stress blank angle in a sample in a test and preventing permanent deformation caused by mutual collision between the Hopkinson bars are achieved. The adjustable test device for eliminating the stress blank angle eliminates influence of the stress blank angle generated by the sample in a triaxial six-direction dynamic impact test process, and is convenient for obtaining real dynamic failure parameters of the sample.

Provided are a chip interconnection package structure and method, including: forming a sacrificial pattern layer on a support structure; forming an interconnection winding pattern layer on the sacrificial pattern layer, wherein the interconnection winding pattern layer is corresponding to a sacrificial pattern of the sacrificial pattern layer in position; forming a first insulating layer on the interconnection winding pattern layer; forming a plurality of chips arranged at intervals on the first insulating layer, wherein the plurality of chips are respectively corresponding to the interconnection winding pattern of the interconnection winding pattern layer in position; and removing the support structure, and forming, on one side of the sacrificial pattern layer, a first interconnection hole penetrating through the sacrificial pattern, the interconnection winding pattern and the first insulating layer, and making the first interconnection hole aligned and communicated with a first interconnection pin of the chip corresponding in projection position.

Chip interconnection package structure and method

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, including a housing with a receiving space; a vibration unit arranged in the receiving space; an elastic member that suspends the vibration unit in the receiving space; and a coil assembly fixed to the housing and driving the vibration unit to vibrate. Compared with the related art, the linear vibration motor of the present invention is easy to assemble and good in vibration performance.

The present disclosure discloses a multifunctional sounding device including a frame, a vibrator assembly, and a speaker assembly. The vibrator assembly includes a vibrating unit suspended in the frame and vibrating along a first direction. The speaker assembly includes two magnetic units, a diaphragm, and two voice coils. The two magnetic units are fixed to the frame and locate on two opposite sides of the vibrating unit respectively. Each magnetic unit includes a magnetic gap. The diaphragm is fixed to the frame and vibrates along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. The two voice coils locate in the magnetic gaps of the two magnetic units respectively. A winding axis of each voice coil is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The multifunctional sounding device disclosed by the present disclosure combines functions of emitting sounds and providing vibrations.

One of the objects of the present disclosure is to provide a linear vibration motor which improves the rigidity of the whole system and ensures enhanced stability. The present disclosure provides a linear vibration motor having a housing body; a stator including at least two solenoid assemblies with parallel axes; a vibrator installed in the housing body; and an elastic connector suspending the vibrator in the housing body. The vibrator includes a first magnet assembly being located between two adjacent at least two solenoid assemblies and including a first magnet and a second magnet. Magnetization directions of the first magnet and the second magnet are opposite and parallel to an axial direction of the solenoid assembly.

The present disclosure discloses a multifunctional sounding device including a frame, a vibrator assembly, and a speaker assembly. The frame includes a top wall and a bottom wall. The vibrator assembly includes a vibrating unit vibrating along a first direction. The speaker assembly includes two magnetic units locating on two opposite sides of the vibrating unit respectively, a diaphragm fixed to the top wall, and two voice coils. The diaphragm vibrates along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. A winding axis of each voice coil is perpendicular to the first and second directions. The two magnetic units are sandwiched between the top wall and the bottom wall. A peripheral edge of the diaphragm is recessed inward for avoiding the two magnetic units. The multifunctional sounding device disclosed by the present disclosure combines functions of emitting sounds and providing vibrations.

A chip stack packaging structure and method includes: a base chip layer, including a base chip with pins on the front surface; at least one stacked chip layer, which is formed on the base chip layer, has an inter-chip insulating layer and at least one stacked chip attached to the insulating layer and pins on the front surface, where the front surface of the stacked chip faces the front surface of the base chip; and a top insulating layer, stacked on the stacked chip layer farthest from the base chip layer. A vertical interconnection hole is formed inside the inter-chip insulating layer to allow the corresponding pins to be communicated vertically so as to be electrically connected. Inside the vertical interconnection hole, a conductive material layer is formed that makes the corresponding pins electrically connected; the stacked chip is thinned and reduced after being attached to the inter-chip insulating layer.

The present disclosure provides multi-functional sound producing apparatus, including housing defining receiving cavity and sound producing device. The sound producing device includes vibration system and magnetic circuit unit driving vibration system to vibrate along first direction. The magnetic circuit unit includes main magnet assembly and auxiliary magnet. The apparatus further includes motor device which includes elastic member fixedly connected to housing, weight connected to elastic member, magnet component fixed to weight and vibrating along second direction with weight, and driving member fixed to bottom wall to drive magnet component to vibrate. Two groups of magnet component and driving member are provided, each of two opposite sides of main magnet assembly is provided with one group of magnet component and driving member, and second direction is perpendicular to first direction. The present disclosure has advantages of simple assembly, more saved overall space, low costs.

A method and an apparatus for invoking a radio frequency card function are provided. The method includes: monitoring a feature input event, and obtaining feature information of a user from the feature input event obtained through monitoring; determining, based on a mapping relationship between the feature information and a radio frequency card type, a target radio frequency card type corresponding to the feature information of the user; and invoking a radio frequency card function corresponding to the target radio frequency card type. According to the method, different radio frequency card types may be distinguished based on the feature information of the user, so that the radio frequency card function corresponding to the target radio frequency card type corresponding to the feature information of the user can be invoked based on the feature information of the user. This further improves a card swiping success rate and improves user experience.

The touch control substrate comprises: a substrate, a conductive functional layer, and a second protection medium. The conductive functional layer is arranged on one side of the substrate, and comprises patterned nano conductive structure, first protection medium, and frame lead structure. The conductive functional layer is protected by providing a two-layer protection medium structure, wherein the first protection medium fixes the structural position of the nano conductive layer and protects the partial structure of the conductive functional layer, and the second protection medium at least completely covers the nano conductive layer located in the conductive functional area; and at the same time, the touch control substrate directly disposes the frame lead layer in the peripheral area of the nano conductive layer, making the frame lead directly contacting the nano conductive layer.

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, including a housing having an accommodating space, a vibrator disposed in the accommodating space, and a coil fixed in the housing and driving the vibrator to move. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit system. The linear vibration motor further includes a restoring assembly fixed to the housing. The restoring assembly is made of magnetic steel and is magnetized along a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the vibrator moves. Compared with an existing spring structure, in the linear vibration motor of the present disclosure, a magnetic interaction force is formed between a restoring assembly and a vibrator to restore a vibrator. In this way, an anti-humidity and anti-high-temperature effect of the restoring assembly is improved by replacing an interaction force of a spring with a magnetic interaction force.

The present application discloses a linear motor having a housing with an accommodation space, stoppers fixed on the housing and set at intervals, a vibrator sliding between the stoppers and a power coil driving the vibrator to reciprocate motion. The stopper includes a first iron core fixed on the housing and an auxiliary coil twinned on the first iron core. The motor also includes a positioning sensor used to sense the motion of the vibrator to obtain a feedback signal. According to the feedback signal detected by the positioning sensor, the auxiliary coil and/or the power coil act on the vibrator so as to adjust the reciprocating motion of the vibrator between the stoppers. The effect of the motion of the plan of present application is good and control precision is high.

Motor and driving device using same

A linear vibration motor includes a housing with a receiving space, a vibrator received in the receiving space, a coil for driving the vibrator to vibrate, a guide member for guiding movement of the vibrator, and a recover assembly fixed to a side of the vibrator. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit system with first and second magnets. The recover assembly is closed to the first magnet. A magnetic polarity of an end of the magnetic recovery assembly facing the vibrator is reverse to that of an end of the first magnet away from the second magnet. When the vibrator is in an equilibrium position, a centroid of the vibrator is located between the magnetic recovery assembly and the coil. Magnetic force between the magnetic recovery assembly and the magnetic circuit system provides recovery force for the vibrator, thereby realizing large-stroke vibration.
