Electrical connector

A terminal and a receptacle connector are provided. The terminal comprises a soldering segment, an upright arm and a bending arm. The soldering segment has a first end portion and the upright arm extends upwardly from the first end portion. The bending arm bends back and obliquely extends upwardly close to the upright arm and includes an upper bending segment and a contact segment extends upwardly from the upper bending segment. A shoulder portion is formed at each of at least one side edge of two side edges of each of at least one of the upright arm and the bending arm, the two side edges are connected with the soldering segment, the shoulder portion protrudes relative to a corresponding side edge of the soldering segment.

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing which defines an inserting mouth penetrating through a front side thereof and terminal grooves communicating with the inserting mouth and each extending longitudinally to penetrate rearward through the insulating housing. A plurality of electrical terminals is assembled in the terminal grooves and each has a contact arm elastically stretching into the inserting mouth and defining a contact end. The insulating housing further defines a plurality of through holes penetrating vertically therethrough to connect with the inserting mouth and arranged in accordance with the contact ends of the electrical terminals. The through holes are used to provide action space for meeting movements of the contact ends and receiving the contact ends therein, when a mating part is inserted into the inserting mouth and pressure contacts with the contact ends.

A card connector is disclosed. The card connector comprises an insulative base, a plurality of connecting terminals, a card ejecting mechanism and a shielding case. The shielding case covers the insulative base. A card insertion region is formed between the insulative base and the shielding case. A plurality of terminal slots is defined on a surface of the insulative base facing the card insertion region. The connecting terminals are received in the terminal slots. The tray comprises an inner tray and an outer tray. The outer tray is pivotally connected to the inner tray. The inner tray and the outer tray are connected together to form a receiving groove for receiving a SIM card. The tray is formed by pivotally connecting the inner tray to the outer tray, therefore, the card connector according to the present invention can be used more conveniently.

Card connector

The present invention discloses an electrical connector. The electrical connector includes a terminal seat made of plastics, terminals formed in a mold on the terminal seat, a first insulative housing covered around the terminal seat, a second insulative housing sealed in a back-end of the first insulative housing, and a metal shell formed in a mold on the first insulative housing. A front surface of the first insulative housing backwardly defines a receptacle hole. The metal shell comprises an upper shell having two receiving shells respectively punch-pressed on two sides of the upper shell and comprises a lower shell defining two slots respectively corresponding to the two receiving shells. The upper shell and the lower shell are board-like and are welded together, and the slots are interconnected to the receptacle hole. The electrical connector of the present invention has a good waterproof function and a smaller metal shell.

Plug connector

A subscriber identity model (SIM) card holder for fixing and connecting a SIM card with a circuit board is disclosed. The SIM card holder comprises a tray, a terminal rack, and electrically conductive terminals. A bottom surface of the tray defines a first card slot. A bottom surface of the first card slot defines a second card slot. The second slot penetrates the first card slot as well as a top surface of the tray. When the SIM card is contained in the first card slot and/or a micro-SIM card is contained in the second card slot, metal contacting parts of the SIM card are positioned directly under metal contacting parts of the micro-SIM card. The SIM card holder of the present invention is capable of containing the SIM card and the micro-SIM card.

SIM card holder

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a dielectric body, a plurality of conductive terminals and a metallic piece. The insulating housing has a top wall, a bottom wall, a rear wall and two opposite side walls which together define an accommodating space thereamong. Two sides of a bottom of the top wall define two receiving grooves. The dielectric body has a base portion fastened in the rear wall, and a tongue portion penetrating forward through the rear wall to be inserted in the accommodating space. The conductive terminals are disposed in the dielectric body. The metallic piece has a base plate molded in the top wall. Two sides of the base plate respectively define an opening corresponding to the receiving groove. A front side of the opening is slantwise bent upward to form a clipping portion located in the receiving groove.

An audio jack connector adapted for receiving a plug has a base having a socket. The base has a first terminal groove and a second terminal groove opened at one side of the socket. The second terminal groove is located between the socket and the first terminal groove and connects with the socket by means of a first connecting passage. A stationary switch terminal has a first fixing slice fastened in the second terminal groove, a first contacting end projected in the first connecting passage and an opening opened in first fixing slice. A resilient switch terminal has a second fixing slice fastened in the first terminal groove, a second contacting end projected into the socket through the first connecting passage and elastically received in the opening when the second contacting end is biased by the plug to be disconnected from the first contacting end.

Audio jack connector

An electrical connector includes a first insulating body having a base board and a tongue board extending rearward from the base board, and a second insulating body having a base portion and fingers extending forward from the base portion. Two opposite sides of the tongue board protrude upward to form two clipping walls and oppositely protrude outward to form two restraining portions spaced from the clipping walls. A receiving space is formed among the tongue board, the base board and the clipping walls for receiving the second insulating body therein. The base portion is clipped between the clipping walls. Front ends of the fingers prop against the base board. Each side surface of the base portion defines an elastic arm having a top connected with the side surface and a bottom beyond a bottom surface of the base portion to be restrained between the restraining portion and the clipping wall.
