Information configuration method for display apparatus, and display apparatus are provided. The display apparatus includes display and communication modules, and the information configuration method for the display apparatus includes: obtaining environmental information where the display apparatus is located; determining, by the communication module, a communication mode matching with the environment information, receiving target information sent by a server; and displaying, by the display module, target content corresponding to the target information. According to the display apparatus, information required to be displayed can be display by the display module, and by displaying different information, the display apparatus can be reused, thereby reducing waste. In addition, information is sent to the display apparatus in different communication modes according to the environment information of the display apparatus, which can improve the timeliness and convenience of updating information in the display apparatus and improve use experiences.

A federated database-management system receives an SQL query or other type of data-access request. The federated system's host DBMS parses, rewrites, and optimizes the request into an optimal data-access plan, then determines which portions of the plan require access to data stored on the federated systems' remote databases. The federated host partitions the plan into subplans that each represent instructions of the original data-access request that were directed to a corresponding remote database of the federated DBMS. Each subplan is then transmitted to its corresponding remote database, which directly executes the subplan and returns results to the host. If necessary, a subplan is translated from an original generic access-plan format into a database-specific format required by its corresponding remote database.

According to the present disclosure, firstly, the position of an axial center is calculated according to a triangle similarity theorem to obtain an axial center distribution; secondly, features are extracted from the axial center distribution of the piston rod by means of an improved envelope method for discrete points as well as an information entropy evaluation method; thirdly, a dimensionality reduction is carried out on the features by means of manifold learning to form a set of sensitive features of the load; and finally, a neural network is trained to obtain a load identification classifier to fulfill automatic identification on the operating load of the reciprocating machinery. An apparatus and method for measuring molecular diffusivity in porous powders or minerals, e.g., the microporous synthetic minerals used for gas separation and chemical catalysis, were invented that allows a varying pressure in the gas around the powder during the measurement. This obviates the need for the pressure to be constant and the attendant complicated component parts. A mass balance model equation of the sample cell with the diffusivity as an adjustable parameter is used to deduce the sample cell pressure change versus time (uptake curve) until the equilibration of gas diffusion into the powder. A numerical analysis method is used to solve the mathematical model to compute a simulated uptake curve. Curve fitting of the simulated and measured uptake curves is used to optimize the diffusivity parameter, which gives the measured diffusivity. The apparatus and method are simple, easy to use, and automation is also simple.

It is provided a method, device and system for transmitting an ACK response in bidirectional data transmission. When receiving windows on both sides of a transmission are simultaneously full, no new information frames can be transmitted to the other side before the ACK timer times out. This situation is called an ACK interlock delay. In the present disclosure, a communication device actively transmits a control frame carrying an ACK response to an opposite communication terminal when it detects that the local receiving window and the receiving window of the opposite communication terminal are both full, thus avoiding ACK interlock delays, avoiding wasting time, and improving the rate of transmission and link establishment.

A method for sending an ACK from the receiver to the sender is disclosed. The receiver starts an ACK timer with the ACK timeout value being smaller than the RTX timeout value. The ACK timer is stopped or cancelled when an ACK is sent from the receiver to the sender. When the number of the delayed ACK for I-frames is close to the receive widow size of the receiver or the ACK timer is timeout, the receiver sends an ACK to the sender actively. When the receiver receives a Poll frame from the sender due to RTX retransmission timeout, the receiver sends an ACK to the sender passively. The receiver adjusts the ACK timeout value used next time based on the following: timeout value of a current ACK timer, RTX timeout value of the sender, the receive widow size of the receiver and the number of I-frames for which ACKs have not been sent, in order to reduce the S-frames and stops of data transmission, thus improving the data transmission speed and the bandwidth utilization.

The present invention relates to a method for continuous production of carbon nanotubes in a nano-agglomerate fluidized bed, which comprises the following steps: loading transition metal compounds on a support, obtaining supported nanosized metal catalysts by reducing or dissociating, catalytically decomposing a carbon-source gas, and growing carbon nanotubes on the catalyst support by chemical vapor deposition of carbon atoms. The carbon nanotubes are 4&#x2dc;100 nm in diameter and 0.5&#x2dc;1000 &#x3bc;m in length. The carbon nanotube agglomerates, ranged between 1&#x2dc;1000 &#x3bc;m, are smoothly fluidized under 0.005 to 2 m/s superficial gas velocity and 20&#x2dc;800 kg/mbed density in the fluidized-bed reactor. The apparatus is simple and easy to operate, has a high reaction rate, and it can be used to produce carbon nanotubes with high degree of crystallization, high purity, and high yield.
