An array substrate comprises a common electrode, an insulation layer, and a sensing layer, the common electrode comprises the touch electrodes, they are in spaced arrangement, the sensing layer comprises the touch traces and the suspending traces, the touch trace is disposed above the touch electrode and electrically connects to the touch electrode by the through hole, the suspending trace is disposed above the interval between two of the touch electrodes and electrically connects to the touch trace by the first trace. Using the electrical connection between the suspending trace and the touch trace, the electrical potentials of the suspending trace and the touch electrode are the same, the difference of the electric field between the interval area of the adjacent touch electrodes and the touch electrode decreases for avoiding the electric field formed in the data line under the touch electrode ingresses into the liquid crystal layer.

The disclosure is related to an array substrate having a touch function and a display device. The display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines. The scan lines and the data lines intersect with each other to define pixel regions on the display device. Each of the pixel electrodes is arranged in the corresponding pixel region and electrically connects to the corresponding scan line and the corresponding data line. Each touch electrode corresponds to at least one pixel region; at least an opening portion is formed at the overlapping regions between each of the touch electrode and at least one of the scan lines and the data line to reduce the coupling capacitance. Through the above-described manner, the disclosure can effectively improve the precision of the touch screen.

An in-cell touch liquid crystal panel and the array substrate are disclosed. The array substrate includes a glass substrate and a TFT, a common electrode layer, and a pixel electrode formed on the glass substrate. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of bar-shaped touch driving electrodes insulated from each other. Each of the touch driving electrodes includes a plurality of suspended electrodes. A second insulation layer and a metal wiring layer are arranged between the common electrode layer and the passivation layer in sequence. The metal wiring layer includes a plurality of driving electrode wirings, a plurality of suspended electrode wirings, and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes. Each of the driving electrode wirings electrically connects to one of the touch driving electrodes via the through holes on the insulation layer, and each of the suspended electrode wirings electrically connects to the suspended electrodes arranged along the second direction.

In-cell touch liquid crystal panels and the array substrates thereof

The disclosure provides a method and a device for decreasing a leakage current of an in-cell touch liquid crystal panel. The method includes: outputting a signal after adjusting a voltage by the data line during a time period of scanning a touch signal according to a voltage on the data line connected to the pixel and a signal inputted to a common electrode of the pixel for scanning the touch signal, so as to decrease a drain source voltage of a thin film transistor in the pixel. According the method and the device, it is capable of decreasing the leakage current of the in-cell touch liquid crystal panel effectively.
