A fabricating method of a resistive random access memory unit with one-way conduction characteristic includes performing an initializing step, a forming step and a reverse resetting step. The initializing step includes providing the resistive random access memory unit. The forming step includes applying a setting voltage on a lower metal layer, and coupling an upper metal layer to a ground voltage to transform the resistive random access memory unit to a low resistive state. The reverse resetting step includes coupling the lower metal layer to the ground voltage and applying a resetting voltage to the upper metal layer to transform the resistive random access memory unit to a one-way conduction state. A forward reading current is greater than a reverse reading current, and the forward reading current is less than 3000 times of the reverse reading current.

Resistive random access memory unit with one-way conduction characteristic and fabricating method thereof

A three-dimensional resistive random access memory structure includes a base layer, a first layer, a second layer, a third layer and a fourth layer. The first layer includes two first conductive layers and a first via. One of the two first conductive layers is electrically connected between the base layer and the first via. The second layer includes three second conductive layers and two second vias. Two first resistive elements are formed between one of the two second vias and two of the three second conductive layers. The third layer includes three third conductive layers and two third vias. Two second resistive elements are formed between one of the two third vias and two of the three third conductive layers. The fourth layer includes a fourth conductive layer. The fourth conductive layer is electrically connected to the two third vias.

Three-dimensional resistive random access memory structure

A low voltage one-time-programmable memory includes a first conductive layer, a first via, a second conductive layer, a select transistor, a second via and a third conductive layer. The first via is electrically connected to the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer is electrically connected to the first via. The select transistor is electrically connected to the second conductive layer. The second via is electrically connected to the second conductive layer. The third conductive layer is electrically connected to the second via. A first current passed through the second via is a sum of a second current passed through the first via and a third current passed through the select transistor.

Low voltage one-time-programmable memory and array thereof

A lamp structure is provided in which a roof rack fixed on top of a car has an engaging slot for locking with a detent portion formed on the bottom of a positioning unit. A connecting portion extending on the detent portion has a fitting indentation with a positioning member penetrating therethrough, one end of the positioning member having a snap-fit portion provided on one end and a positioning pulling lever pivotally provided on the other end. A warning lamp having a snap-fit groove for engaging with the snap-fit portion is combined with the connecting portion. Therefore, the warning lamp has higher assembly position so that light emitted from the warning light is clearly visible by rear drivers from a longer distance and hence has better eye-catching and warning effect, and better driving safety can be achieved.

The present invention provides a semiconductor structure, including a substrate, having a dielectric layer disposed thereon, a first device region and a second device region defined thereon, at least one first trench disposed in the substrate within the first device region, at least one second trench and at least one third trench disposed in the substrate within the second device region, a work function layer, disposed in the second trench and the third trench, wherein the work function layer partially covers the sidewall of the second trench, and entirely covers the sidewall of the third trench, and a first material layer, disposed in the second trench and the third trench, wherein the first material layer covers the work function layer disposed on partial sidewall of the second trench, and entirely covers the work function layer disposed on the sidewall of the third trench.

Semiconductor structure and manufacturing method thereof

A multi-function vehicle light assembly () (MVLA) that is designed to provide a compact light assembly that incorporates in a single enclosure () a plurality of LED modules (). Each module () produces a white light that indicates that a vehicle is in reverse, an amber light that indicates that a vehicle is making a right or a left turn, and a red light that functions as a vehicle tail light and to also indicate that the vehicle brakes are being applied. Two embodiments are disclosed in the first embodiment the plurality of LED modules () directly produce a set of white, amber and red lights. In the second embodiment an LED module () is utilized that includes a blue, green and red LEDs that are selectively combined by an LED control module () to provide the required white, amber and red lights.

Multi-function vehicle light assembly

An electronic device case () for storing and protecting a portable electronic device (). The case () has two design configurations. The first configuration comprises a device cover () with a first section () and a second section (). The two sections () interface at a living hinge (). The electronic device () is placed within the first section (), which can be folded onto the second section () during travel or storage. The second configuration comprises a single, unitary device cover () into which the electronic device () is placed. Both configurations include a keyboard () that is located within a keyboard cavity (or), a first pocket (or) that holds a USB cable () for interfacing the keyboard to the electronic device, and a second pocket (or) that holds a power cable () for supplying power to the electronic device. Additionally, both configurations have at least one photovoltaic cell (or) that absorbs solar power which is then converted into a DC voltage for powering the electronic device ().

Electronic device case

An automobile auxiliary lamp includes a lamp and a connector. The connector is installed at a proper location of an automobile and connected with the terminals of related control devices of the automobile for receiving electricity supplied by the automobile, and the lamp is engaged with the connector. When a user operates a related control device of the automobile, the lamp will synchronously be triggered through a control connecting line to function and emit light, able to enhance warning effect of the automobile lamp. In addition, the auxiliary lamp can also be removed from the automobile to be independently used as a common illuminating lamp, enabling a user to use the lamp for various purposes.
