A multifunctional sounding device is provided, including a housing, a sounding unit, and a motor assembly including a coil unit fixed to the housing. The sounding unit includes a basin frame, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, the vibration system is driven by the magnetic circuit system to vibrate in a first direction, the magnetic circuit system is elastically connected to the housing through elastic arms and has a through hole at a central position. The motor assembly is accommodated in the through hole, and the coil unit is spaced apart from the magnetic circuit system and drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate in a second direction. The multifunctional sounding device has a small overall thickness and size, a strong driving force of the motor assembly and a small influence on the driving force of the magnetic circuit system, and excellent acoustic and vibration performance.

Multifunctional sounding device

The invention provides a speaker module for a mobile terminal provided with a sound output port. The speaker module includes a speaker box, and the speaker box includes a sound output opening. The speaker module also includes a horn barrel connected with the sound output opening. The sound output opening includes a first sound output opening and a second sound output opening. Compared with the related art, the present invention can realize multi-level resonance, small size, convenient to widen the frequency band range and easy to adapt to the mobile terminal.

Speaker module

The present invention provides a speaker box including a housing, a sound unit and a magnetic circuit coupling valve. The sound unit includes a bracket, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system including a secondary magnet. The housing includes a bottom cover having leakage holes. The magnetic circuit coupling valve is accommodated in a rear cavity and includes a support, a negative stiffness diaphragm and a coil. The negative stiffness diaphragm faces to the leakage holes. The coil receives an external control signal and generates an electromagnetic field with the secondary magnet to drive the negative stiffness diaphragm to seal the leakage holes, or make the leakage holes open, or make the leakage holes partially open or closed. Compared with a related technology, the speaker box has fine acoustic performance and is able to accurately control communication of a rear cavity with the outside.

Speaker box

The invention provides a speaker module for a mobile terminal with a sound output port. The speaker module includes a speaker box. The speaker box includes a sound output opening for side surface sound. The speaker module also includes a horn barre. The horn barrel has openings arranged at both ends. A sectional area along the sound output direction of the horn barrel changes gradually. By designing a variable sectional surface with different areas or lengths and widths on the horn barrel for stakeout, the size of the variable sectional surface is directly related to the sound quality of each part of the horn barrel. The horn barrel widens the frequency band range. Compared with the related art, the present invention can realize multi-level resonance, has a small volume, is convenient to widen the frequency band range and has flexible avoidance space.

The present invention provides a micro speaker, including a frame with a containment space, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system contained in the containment space. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm, a circuit board, a skeleton, and a voice coil. The micro speaker further includes a welding plate structure and a balance component. The voice coil includes a lead wire electrically connected with the welding plate structure. By setting the balance component on the skeleton, the present invention can keep the weight balance at both ends of the skeleton, so as to ensure that the skeleton will not sway when the vibration system is working, so that the vibration of the skeleton is stable and the sound quality is improved.

Micro speaker

The present invention provides a speaker module for a mobile terminal provided with a sound output port. The speaker module includes a speaker box. The speaker box includes a first sound output opening and a second sound output opening. A speaker module also includes a first horn barrel and a second horn barrel. The first horn barrel and the second horn barrel are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the speaker box. The speaker module in the present invention realizes the multi-order coupling of the resonance peak, which not only improves the high-frequency performance, but also widens the frequency band range, and at the same time, reduces the manufacturing cost.

The present invention discloses a micro speaker, including a frame with a containment space, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system accommodated in the containment space. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm, a dome skeleton fixed to the first diaphragm, and a voice coil fixed on the dome skeleton. A welding plate structure is fixed on the dome skeleton, and a first circuit board and a second circuit board fixed to the frame respectively. The first diaphragm includes a first diaphragm area and a second diaphragm area. The thickness of the first diaphragm area is greater than the thickness of the second diaphragm area. The local thickening material is adopted to avoid the problem of speaker rigidity asymmetry caused by unbalanced heat distribution, so as to realize the stable operation of the speaker, and the manufacturing process is simple.

Micro speaker and diaphragm mold

The present invention provides a speaker, including a frame with a containment space, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system. The vibration system includes a vibration diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a dome and a suspension. The suspension includes a first fixed part, a suspension part, and a second fixed part extending away from the first fixed part from the outer edge of suspension part. The suspension part includes two short axle parts, two long axle parts, and a corner part connecting adjacent short axle parts and long axle parts. The vibration diaphragm includes a reinforcement assembly connected to the corner part and connected to the first fixed part and the second fixed part at both ends. By virtue of reinforcement assembly at the corner part of the suspension, the speaker can obtain better acoustic performance.

The speaker device comprises a speaker box, a heat source, and a heat conducting member; the speaker box comprises a housing, a speaker, a sound-guiding channel, and a heat conducting plate; the speaker includes a diaphragm, the first receiving space is divided into a front sounding chamber and a back chamber, and the sound-guiding channel communicates the front sounding chamber with the outside and forms a front chamber together with the front sounding chamber; the housing having an opening penetrating therethrough, the opening communicates with the front chamber, and the heat conducting plate covers on the opening, an adjusting hole penetrates through the housing and communicates with the back chamber; an valve covers on the adjusting hole and a controller for outputting a control signal to control the valve to open or to close.

Speaker device and mobile terminal

The present invention provides a speaker having a vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibrating system to vibrate and sound. The magnetic circuit system has magnetic gap. The vibrating system includes vibrating assembly and voice coil assembly connected to the vibrating assembly, the voice coil assembly is inserted into the magnetic gap. The magnetic circuit system has a magnetic line concentrating area in the magnetic gap. The voice coil assembly includes a first voice coil connected to the vibrating assembly and a second voice coil arranged on the first voice coil at a side away from the vibrating assembly. if in the magnetic line concentrating area locates only the first voice coil, an electric signal is input only to the first voice coil; if in the magnetic line concentrating area locates only the second voice coil, electric signal is input only to the second voice coil.

A film speaker includes a metal foil; a diaphragm apart from and opposed to the metal foil; an elastomer for supporting the diaphragm; and a voice coil disposed on the metal foil for producing magnetic field. The diaphragm includes a substrate layer and a magnetic material layer attached to a surface of the substrate layer for interacting with a magnetic field produced by the voice coil so as to drive the diaphragm to vibrate for generating sound.

Film speaker

A film speaker includes a metal foil, a diaphragm apart from and opposed to the metal foil, an elastomer for supporting the diaphragm, and a voice coil disposed on the metal foil for producing magnetic field. The diaphragm includes a polymer magnetic material layer and a metal foil reinforcing layer attached to a surface of the polymer magnetic material layer for interacting with the magnetic field produced by the voice coil so as to drive the diaphragm to vibrate for generating sound.

A film speaker includes a metal foil; a diaphragm apart from and opposed to the metal foil; an elastomer for supporting the diaphragm; a voice coil disposed on the metal foil for producing magnetic field; and a damping member sandwiched between the voice coil and the diaphragm with two ends thereof abutting against the voice coil and the diaphragm respectively. The diaphragm includes a substrate layer and a magnetic material layer attached to a surface of the substrate layer for interacting with a magnetic field produced by the voice coil so as to drive the diaphragm to vibrate for generating sound.

A speaker is disclosed. The speaker includes a housing with an accommodation space; a speaker unit accommodated in the housing; a back cavity formed between the speaker unit and the housing; and at least a first leak formed on the housing communicating with the back cavity. One end of the leak is connected to the back cavity, and the other end is connected to the outside of the speaker.

A film speaker includes a metal foil; a diaphragm apart from and opposed to the metal foil, an elastomer for supporting the diaphragm, and a voice coil disposed on the metal foil for producing magnetic field. The diaphragm includes a number of diaphragms. The elastomer includes a main body and a number of partition portions for dividing the elastomer into a number of vibration areas, each of the vibration areas corresponding to one of the number of diaphragms. The voice coil includes a number of voice coils corresponding to the vibration areas. Each of the diaphragms includes a substrate layer and a magnetic material layer attached to a surface of the substrate layer for interacting with the magnetic field produced by the voice coils so as to drive the diaphragms to vibrate for generating sound.
