A triboelectric nanogenerating device is configured for providing an electric power to an electronic device and the triboelectric nanogenerating device includes at least one scaly triboelectric membrane configured for providing the electric power to the electronic device by frictional electrification. The at least one scaly triboelectric membrane includes a keratin and a polyvinyl alcohol, the at least one scaly triboelectric membrane has a first triboelectric surface, and the first triboelectric surface of the at least one scaly triboelectric membrane includes a plurality of scaly layers. Each of the scaly layers is arranged in order and extends along an orienting direction. A distal end of each of the scaly layers has a plurality of saw-tooth structures.

A network switch and a transceiver restart method thereof are provided. The network switch is configured to connect to a transceiver to transmit and receive data packets through the transceiver. The network switch includes a power control circuit and a processor. The power control circuit is controlled to provide electrical power to the transceiver. The processor determines whether the transceiver is in an abnormal state. In response to determining that the transceiver is in the abnormal state, the processor first controls the power control circuit to stop providing the electrical power to the transceiver, and then controls the power control circuit to re-provide the electrical power to the transceiver.

The present invention discloses a method of applying electric arc furnace dust in chemical looping combustion process, and particularly a method of applying electric arc furnace dust in chemical looping combustion process without releasing of zinc vapor. The method of applying electric arc furnace dust in chemical looping combustion process comprises following steps: (1) providing an electric arc furnace dust and an inert support (AlO) and mixing the electric arc furnace dust and the inert support (AlO) to obtain a mixture of the electric arc furnace dust and the inert support (AlO); (2) calcining the mixture of the electric arc furnace dust and the inert support (AlO) with high temperature to obtain another mixture of FeO, ZnAlO, and AlO; (3) applying the mixture of FeO, ZnAlO, and AlOas oxygen carrier and inert support in a chemical looping combustion process.
