A reticle stocking and sorting system. The reticle management system comprises first reticle storage, second reticle storage, third reticle storage, and a host system. The first reticle storage stores a first reticle currently in use. The second reticle storage stores a second reticle not currently in use. The third reticle storage stores a third unused reticle temporarily before it is disposed of. The host system is adapted to rearrange the first, second, and third reticles among the first, second, and third reticle storages, based on demand data pertaining to a product requiring least one article during fabrication.

System and method providing control of reticle stocking and sorting

A system and method thereof for web search. A server comprises a storage device and a first program module. The storage device stores word count records. Each word count record has information regarding occurrences of words in short passages which have been referenced by a user. The first program module receives a user ID and a keyword, acquires multiple HTML documents corresponding the keyword, calculates a first value for each HTML document according to the word count records corresponding to the user ID, arranges multiple items corresponding to the HTML documents according to the first values thereof in descending order, and displays a web page comprising the ordered items.

Web search system and method thereof

Provided are a system and method for automatically tracking a lot being moved between first and second manufacturing lines during semiconductor manufacturing. In one example, the method includes assigning a first state to the lot to indicate the lot's presence in the first manufacturing line. A trigger event indicating that the lot has been moved to the second manufacturing line may be identified, and a second state may be determined for the lot to reflect the lot's presence in the second manufacturing line. The second state may then be assigned to the lot.
