A pixel circuit of the present invention includes a thin-film transistor, a first scan line, a second scan line, and a data line. The first scan line is arranged along a first direction. The first scan line is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor. The second scan line is arranged along a second direction. The second scan line is electrically connected to the first scan line. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The data line is arranged along the second direction. The data line is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor. The pixel circuit also includes an auxiliary scan line. The auxiliary scan line is arranged along the second direction. Two ends of the auxiliary scan line are electrically connected to the second scan line.

Pixel circuit and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes a substrate, a first metal layer, a second metal layer, a pixel electrode layer, and an alignment identification terminal that are sequentially stacked. The alignment identification terminal is disposed in at least one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer, and is at least partially disposed in a sub-pixel electrode region. An arrangement of the alignment identification terminal is no longer limited by a narrow frame, and a size can be made larger to meet the needs of a CCD identification, ensuring an accuracy of identification and alignment.

The present disclosure provides a display panel and a liquid crystal display device. The display panel includes an array substrate and a flexible thin film. This invention discloses a pixel structure comprising: a scan line, and a data line, being crossed with the scan line to define a pixel unit. The common electrode forms a storage capacitor with the pixel electrode, and includes an outside portion adjacent to the data or scan line. The pixel electrode further includes an extension portion located outside the peripheral portion. The extension portion electrically connects the peripheral portion and forms an evading hole therebetween. The outside portion of the common electrode corresponds to the evading hole. The present invention further discloses a liquid crystal display panel. This invention has advantages of increasing the capacity of the storage capacitor and improving the parasitic capacitance and dark veins.

A liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method are disclosed. The panel includes: an array substrate, a passivation layer, a planarization layer, a black photo spacer (BPS) material layer and a first alignment layer which are sequentially stacked on the array substrate, wherein a projection of the first alignment layer on the BPS material layer does not exceed a region of the BPS material layer; wherein the BPS material layer is provided with multiple grooves, the multiple grooves are distributed along an inner side of an edge of the BPS material layer, a sealant is formed on the BPS material layer; wherein the sealant and the first alignment layer are respectively located at two sides of the multiple grooves. The present invention does not prepare retaining walls on the array substrate, and the flow of the sealant and the first alignment layer can also be blocked.

The present invention provides a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode comprises a peripheral frame electrode that is in an enclosed form and at least one pair of peripheral edges of the peripheral frame electrode are provided, on outer sides thereof, with a sawtooth-like configuration. The sawtooth-like configuration comprises tooth troughs having an extension direction that is substantially parallel to and consistent with an extension direction of branch electrodes of the pixel electrode corresponding thereto so that liquid crystal in an area corresponding to the peripheral frame electrode may incline in the direction of the branch electrodes in the same way as liquid crystal in an inside area of the peripheral frame electrode inclines in such a direction to prevent the occurrence of dark patterns in the area corresponding to the peripheral frame electrode. HVA liquid crystal display

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel and an LCD device are provided. The panel has: a metal layer having transparent portions configured to conveniently cure a sealant and opaque portions; a second transparent conductive layer; and conducting particles positioned between a first substrate and a second substrate and configured to connect a first transparent conductive layer with the second transparent conductive layer. A light-shading layer is aligned with the transparent portions, so that light leakage of the transparent portions is prevented.

As the connection wires completely cover the via holes above the pins, the problem of residual conductive material in the via holes during forming the connection wires does not occur. Compared to the known technology opening a large area on the planarization layer of the OLB area, the present invention avoids the conductive material residual at the bottom of the via hole on the planarization layer and related short circuit and poor display problems.

An array substrate is provided, and comprises: a first metal layer, a first insulation layer, a second metal layer, a second insulation layer, a pixel electrode layer, and a color filter layer. The first metal layer comprises light-shading lines. The second metal layer comprises data lines. In interfaces of color resists, lights are shaded by crossing the light-shading lines and the data lines, and by stacking color resists. This can achieve an entire lightproof effect, but is unnecessary to be provided with black matrices.
