A modular valve system includes a modular valve body having an inlet, an outlet, a through-hole, and a fluid flow path between the inlet and the outlet. The modular valve body is used to assemble any one of a pressure regulating valve, a slam-shut valve, or a flow control valve, and the through-hole is configured to receive a component of any one of the pressure regulating valve, the slam-shut valve, and the flow control valve.

Modular valve system

A regulator includes a valve body and a control element movable between a closed position, in which the control element engages a valve seat, and an open position, in which the control element is spaced away from the valve seat. A stem is operatively coupled to the control element and is axially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the valve body. An indicator assembly is at least partially disposed in the valve body and is operatively coupled to the stem. The indicator assembly includes a rod operatively coupled to the stem and an indicator operatively coupled to the rod. The indicator is arranged to display a position of the control element. The rod of the indicator assembly is movable by the stem between a first position when the control element is in the closed position, and a second position when the control element is in the open position.

Indicator assembly

A fluid regulator includes an actuator assembly disposed in a valve body. A sleeve includes a cylindrical wall, a first plate, and a second plate. Each of the first plate and the second plate is disposed in a cavity of the sleeve. A stem extends through the sleeve and is axially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the body, and includes a passage extending partially through the stem. The actuator assembly includes first and second pistons. First, second, third, and fourth chambers are separately disposed between the sleeve, the first or second plate, or the first or second piston. The first and third chambers are in fluid communication, and the second and fourth chambers are in fluid communication via the passage of the stem. The actuator assembly actuates a control element in response to a fluid pressure receivable in the first, second, third, and/or fourth chambers.

Balance structure for a regulator

A fluid control device comprising including a body having an inlet, an outlet, and a fluid flow path between the inlet and the outlet, a seat, and a control element that is coupled to a stem. The control element and the stem are movable relative to a longitudinal axis and biased toward a closed position, in which the control element engages the seat. An actuator assembly is operatively coupled to the stem and includes a planetary gear transmission mechanism configured to receive a first rotational velocity and to deliver a second rotational velocity different than the first rotational velocity. A shaft has a first end coupled to the transmission mechanism and a second end coupled to valve stem. The second rotational velocity is transmitted to the valve stem to move the control element between the closed position and an open position.

Actuator assembly for a fluid control device

An actuator of a regulator is connected to one end of a valve rod. The actuator includes a shell, a limiting component, a diaphragm assembly, and an elastic element. The diaphragm assembly is movably sleeved on the valve rod. Further, the elastic element is coupled to the diaphragm assembly and is movably sleeved between the diaphragm assembly and a tip of one end of the valve rod, in a compressed state. An inner diameter of a portion of the limiting component is smaller than an outer diameter of an upper portion of the diaphragm assembly. The limiting component is located above the diaphragm assembly.

Actuator of regulator and fluid regulator

A spring adjusting device and a valve assembly including the same. The spring adjusting device includes an adjusting screw rod, a spring, and a spring seat which is located between the adjusting screw rod and the spring. A groove is arranged in the spring seat, which can contain an end part of one end of the adjusting screw rod, and is provided with a cylindrical side wall. The spring adjusting device can prevent the end part of the adjusting screw rod from being separated from the groove, and the spring from being bent on the whole, thereby improving the overall working performance of the valve assembly.

Spring adjusting device and valve assembly

A piston device and a pressure regulator including the piston device. The piston device includes a piston body and a baffle plate having a surface provided with openings. The baffle plate is arranged in the piston body and divides the piston body into an upper first area and a lower second area. The piston device beneficially improves the stress balance of the first area and the second area, thereby improving the stability of the overall system.

Piston device and pressure regulator using same

A valve assembly includes a sensing device, a main spring, a bonnet located below the sensing device, a piston with a through hole, and a valve stem connected with the sensing device and having a penetrating part through the through hole. The sensing device drives the valve stem to drive the piston. The valve assembly also includes an auxiliary spring arranged between the bonnet and the piston. The penetrating part is longer than the depth of the through hole and the valve stem is slidably coupled in piston. The valve assembly can prevent the valve stem from transferring the force of the main spring to the piston, so as to avoid damaging the valve port, the valve stem, and the piston when the force of the main spring is too large.

Valve assembly

A driving apparatus and a valve including the same. The driving apparatus senses a pressure of a fluid medium and generates a driving force. The driving apparatus includes: a drive shaft, a sensing device, a limiting device, a support body, and a protruding member. The limiting device includes a groove, and the protruding member is engaged in the groove. The limiting device can thus automatically limit the rotation of the drive shaft, so as to avoid damaging the sensing device, thereby facilitating maintenance and installation of the valve.
