A shaft wall pressure corrosion test system includes a pressure bearing device, a confining pressure application device, and a seepage pressure application device. The confining pressure application device and the seepage pressure application device provide confining pressure and seepage pressure for the pressure bearing device, respectively, and keep the confining pressure and the seepage pressure constant on the pressure bearing device. In the system, axial pressure is applied to a piston by means of a hydraulic jack and is then transferred to a sample to complete axial pressure application. The confining pressure is applied to hydraulic oil by a manual pump in combination with an energy accumulator and then transferred to the sample to complete confining pressure application. The seepage pressure is applied to a corrosion solution by a water pump group in combination with an energy accumulator and then transferred to the sample to complete seepage pressure application.

Shaft wall pressure corrosion test system

The present invention relates to a tri-axial mechanical test apparatus and method for simulating the process of freezing the high-pressure water into ice. The tri-axial mechanical test apparatus comprises a main body loading system, a freezing system, and a sample test system; in the main body loading system, a flange, an axial pressure piston and a pressure-bearing shell are constituted to a loading main body, and the axial pressure and confining pressure are controlled directly by a tri-axial servo tester and indirectly by an oil-water separator respectively; in the freezing system, a circumferential freezing liquid circulation channel and a base freezing liquid circulation channel are connected to an external cold source for cooling and freezing, and a dissoluble shell is provided on the periphery of the sample to ensure the shape of ice; in the sample test system, a serial of optical fiber sensors in the sample is connected to an optical fiber data collector, to measure temperature and strain. The present invention cooperates with a tri-axial servo tester, an oil-water separator, an external cold source and an optical fiber data collector, so that the water can be frozen into ice under pressure under the confinement of a dissoluble shell that is dissolved after an ice sample is formed, and then the tri-axial mechanical test can be carried out directly in the original stress state after water is frozen into ice under pressure.

Tri-axial mechanical test apparatus and method for simulating the process of freezing high-pressure water into ice

An apparatus for prestressing a concrete floor of an inclined shaft wall includes two end bearing components, a corrugated pipe, a tension bearing rod piece and two anchor heads. The tension bearing rod piece is composed of a left tension bearing rod, a right tension bearing rod, and a loading mechanism. The left tension bearing rod and the right tension bearing rod, are connected integratedly by the loading mechanism, and the tension bearing rod piece passes through the corrugated pipe. The two end bearing components are respectively arranged at the left and right ends of the tension bearing rod piece in a sleeving manner. The two anchor heads respectively lock the left and right end bearing components. Before pouring of the floor of the shaft wall, the loading apparatus is pre-buried. After the strength of floor concrete increases to certain extent, a transverse prepressing stress is applied to the floor concrete through the loading mechanism. Finally, an internal space of the loading apparatus is blocked by grouting, so as to integrate the tension bearing component, the loading apparatus and the like with the floor concrete.
