The present disclosure provides a charge control circuit, a charging device and a charging system. The charge control circuit comprises a power input end, a power output end, a switch unit, a control unit and a detection unit, wherein rechargeable batteries comprise a first rechargeable battery and a second rechargeable battery; the power output end comprises a first power output end and a second power output end; the switch unit comprises a first switch and a second switch; a voltage adjustment circuit is connected between the first switch and the first power output end; and when the detection unit detects that the rated voltages of the rechargeable batteries are not the same, the control unit controls the second switch to be closed and the second rechargeable battery is charged, and at the same time the control unit controls the first switch to be closed and activates the voltage adjustment circuit.

The invention discloses a flyback switching power supply, including a power input and rectifying circuit; a DC-DC switching circuit, the DC-DC switching circuit comprising a PWM control integrated circuit; and a voltage and current feedback circuit. The PWM control integrated circuit comprises a chip working frequency setting pin for setting a working frequency of the PWM control integrated circuit, the flyback switching power supply further comprises a frequency adjustment circuit connected between the chip working frequency setting pin of the PWM control integrated circuit and the voltage and current feedback circuit, and the frequency adjustment circuit is configured to decrease the working frequency when the flyback switching power supply is under a low load condition, and increase the working frequency when the flyback switching power supply is under a high load condition.

The disclosure provides a starting circuit of a switching power supply, which includes an input rectifying and filtering circuit, a starting circuit, a transformer, an output rectifying and filtering circuit, a feedback circuit, a first photoelectric coupler and a power management chip. The power management chip is respectively connected with the output end of the first photoelectric coupler, the output end of the feedback circuit and the primary coil of the transformer. After the first photoelectric coupler is powered on, the starting circuit is turned on, and the power management chip and the transformer are started and work. After the first photoelectric coupler is powered off, the power management chip stops working and enters a standby state. And at the moment, the standby power consumption of the power management chip is equal to zero.
