The second pot cover assembly includes a second heating assembly configured to heat the food in the food container. According to the electric pressure cooker, the magnetic sensitive switch and the magnetic member constitute a detection device for detecting whether the cooker cover is closed in place, and therefore the electric pressure cooker is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
