A process for preparing fuel gas through gasification of powdered coal, comprising: contacting powdered coal and ash residue in a riser reactor under hydrogenation conditions to perform a pyrolysis reaction and a gas-phase tar cracking reaction; subjecting it to a primary gas-solid separation to obtain a gasified gas and a solid fraction; subjecting the gasified gas to a secondary gas-solid separation to obtain a solid fraction containing fine particle semi-coke and a gasified gas; subjecting the solid fraction to a gasification calcination reaction, flowing the gasified coal gas and the high-temperature ash residue u into the riser reactor; subjecting the solid fraction containing fine particle semi-coke to a melting gasification reaction, falling the liquid residue to the material-returning device of fluidized bed for cooling and solidification, and feeding the second high-temperature gasified coal gas to the riser reactor via a high-temperature gasified gas returning pipe.

Process for preparing fuel gas through graded pyrolysis and gasification of powdered coal

The present disclosure discloses a Y-shaped entrained-flow high-temperature zoned gasification device adopting dry-process slag-discharging, which comprises a Y-shaped entrained-flow gasifier, wherein the Y-shaped entrained-flow gasifier is partitioned by a sectioned conical head into an upper gasification chamber and a lower chilling chamber; a descending bed atomizing chiller is arranged in the chilling chamber, a conical top of the descending bed atomizing chiller is in communication with an outlet of the sectioned conical head, and two or more chilling atomizing nozzles are evenly arranged on the conical top of the descending bed atomizing chiller in a circumferential direction.

Y-shaped entrained-flow high-temperature zoned gasification device adopting dry-process slag-discharging

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of coal chemical industry, and particularly discloses an integrated coal gasification combined power generation process with zero carbon emission, the process comprising: pressurizing air for performing air separation to obtain liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, wherein the liquid oxygen is used for gasification and power generation, the liquid nitrogen is applied as the coolant for the gasification and power generation, the liquid nitrogen and a part of liquid oxygen stored during the valley period with low electricity load are provided for use during the peak period with high electricity load; the pulverized coal delivered under pressure and high-pressure oxygen enter a coal gasification furnace for gasification, so as to generate high-temperature fuel gas, which subjects to heat exchange and purification, and then the high-pressure fuel gas enters into a combustion gas turbine along with oxygen and recyclable COfor burning and driving an air compressor and a generator to rotate at a high speed; the air compressor compresses the air to a pressure of 0.4&#x2dc;0.8 MPa, and the generator generates electricity; the high-temperature combustion flue gas performs the supercritical COpower generation, its coolant is liquid oxygen or liquid nitrogen; the heat exchanged combustion fuel gas subsequently perform heat exchange with liquid nitrogen, the liquid nitrogen vaporizes to drive a nitrogen turbine generator for generating electricity, the cooled flue gas is dehydrated and distilled to separate CO, a part of COis used for circulation and temperature control, and another portion of COis sold outward as liquid COproduct. The power generation process provided by the present disclosure not only solves the difficult problems of high water consumption, low power generation efficiency and small range of peak load adjustment capacity of the existing IGCC technology; but also can compress air with high unit volume for energy storage with a high conversion efficiency, and greatly reduce load of the air compressor, thereby perform COcapture and utilization with low-cost, zero NOemission and discharging fuel gas at a normal temperature, and significantly improve the power generation efficiency.

Integrated coal gasification combined power generation process with zero carbon emission

Providing a method for improving saline-alkaline soil by using a biomass rapid pyrolysis product, comprising: rapidly pyrolyzing agricultural and forest residues to prepare bio-oil and semi-coke; deodorizing, dephenolizing and tackifying the bio-oil to prepare a modified bio-oil, and supplementing the modified bio-oil with the nutrient elements to produce a rapid ameliorant for saline-alkali soil; loading microbial fertilizer on the semi-coke to prepare a continuous renovation ameliorant for saline-alkali soil; (4) applying the ameliorants on the surface of saline-alkali soil. The method can not only enhance the aggregated and granulated structure of the saline-alkali soil and eliminate the salt carried by the capillary water, but also convert the mineral resource-based calcium, magnesium and ferrite salts which are insoluble and hardly absorbed into the humic acid calcium, magnesium and ferrite salts which can be easily absorbed, thereby activate calcium, magnesium and iron elements, strengthen soil fertility, rapidly renovate soil and restore the plantation function.
