Disclosed herein are anti-TLR3 antibodies as well as methods of making and using them. The antibodies are particularly adapted to the treatment of autoimmune or inflammatory diseases using anti-TLR3 antibodies.

TLR3 binding agents

The present invention provides antigen-binding proteins capable of binding to KIR3D polypeptides. The antibodies have increased activity in the treatment of disorders characterized by KIR3DL2-expressing cells, particularly CD4+ T cells, including malignancies such as Mycosis Fungoides and S&#xe9;zary Syndrome.

Anti-KIR3D antibodies
