A base for a pressurized gas tank, such as hydrogen, is substantially circular about an axis, and comprises a substantially cylindrical pipe of axis, which passes through the base in order to connect an outside of the tank to an inside of the tank. A substantially tubular notch of axis is arranged on an inner side of the tank and is suitable for receiving a sealing envelope. A substantially tubular sleeve of axis is arranged on the inner side of the tank and has an inner diameter substantially equal to a diameter of the pipe and an outer diameter substantially equal to an inner diameter of the notch, and also has an axial extension at least equal to that of the notch. An O-ring and a groove of axis, capable of receiving the O-ring, are arranged in a side wall of the notch. The base also comprises a body and a substantially tubular ring of axis, interfaced by a surface of revolution about the axis passing through the groove.

Base for pressurized gas tank

A tank for pressurized gas such as hydrogen, comprises a paste sealant, a sealing envelope, and a base comprising a recess accommodating a neck. A substantially annular external cavity is between a convex surfaces of the neck and a concave surfaces of the recess A substantially annular inner cavity is between a concave surface of the neck and a convex surface of the recess. The paste sealant occupies the annular external and annular inner cavities uniformly and thus ensures the mechanical strength and the gas seal between the sealing envelope and the base. The sealing envelope comprises a body and a neck on the surfaces of which at least two angularly equidistant protrusions extend radially.

A storage tank comprises a gas storage chamber and at least one device to hold a component in the storage chamber.

High pressure gas tank

A device fastens a tank for pressurized gas, such as hydrogen, to a frame. The tank comprises a base including a cylindrical seat. The device comprises a fastener able to clamp the cylindrical seat of the base, where the device also comprises at least one mechanical fuse that is able to break in case of impact experienced by the frame, so that the device releases the base from the frame.

Device for fastening a pressurized gas tank to a frame

A heat recovery device comprises a valve body inwardly defining a direct flow path for exhaust gases from an inlet to an outlet, a heat exchanger comprising a flow passage for the exhaust gases emerging in an inlet zone of the valve body, and a gate positioned in the valve body. The heat recovery device comprises a guide wall positioned in the direct flow path at the inlet zone, arranged to guide the exhaust gases from the inlet toward the cutoff section away from the inlet zone when the gate frees the direct flow path, and delimiting at least one orifice to allow the exhaust gases to go to the inlet zone when the gate closes off the direct flow path.
