A method of assembling a first part made from a metal and a second part includes providing a first part comprising an assembly surface, and a second part comprising at least one through orifice. At least part of the second part is arranged on the assembly surface such that the orifice extends across from the assembly surface. A metal connecting part is positioned on the orifice to cover the orifice across from the assembly surface. The connecting part and/or the assembly surface are projected on one another to obtain high-speed plating and welding between the connecting part and the surface part.

An assembly method between a part made of metal material and a part made of organic matrix composite material, said method having a step of providing two parts, each including a surface to be welded, and the surface to be welded of said composite part is made up, at least partially, of an exposed portion of at least one metal insert which is partially embedded in said composite part; positioning said surfaces to be welded opposite and separated from each other; and projecting, at high speed, the surface to be welded of the metal part or the exposed portion of the metal insert, onto one another, to obtain high-speed clamping to one another and to obtain a weld between the exposed portion of the metal insert of the composite part and the complementary portion of the surface to be welded.

Assembly method between a part made of metal material and a part made of organic matrix composite material; corresponding parts made of organic matrix composite material and assembly

A method for elaborating an assembly which includes at least one composite structure part, one metal interface part and one metal structure part, said method includes a first step for assembling the part to the part in order to form a sub assembly and a second assembling step for welding the interface part of said sub assembly to part. The composite structure and metal interface parts are pre-equipped with male/female type mating connections and with locking devices locking the connection. The method can include, during the first assembling step, a phase for pre-assembling the parts by interlocking the male/female mating connections and a phase for locking said interlock by deforming by pressing at least one portion of the locking devices pre-equipped in the metal interface.
