A collision detection apparatus is provided, which includes a main body, at least an air bag disposed at the periphery of the main body and at least a baro sensor. The air bags communicate with each other. The air bag is connected to the baro sensor to detect the pressure at different time points and the pressure variations. The apparatus judges whether a collision has occurred and the collision force is detected by the baro sensors. The time point of collision occurrence and the collision position according to the pressures of the air bags at different time points are determined.

Collision detection apparatus, collision detecting method and robot and vacuum cleaner using the same

A robotic vacuum cleaner is disclosed in the present invention, which comprises a controller, at least a driving wheel module, and a dust-collecting module. The controller is disposed on a housing plate. The driving wheel module, electrically connecting to the controller, further includes: a driver; a wheel connecting to the output shaft of the driver; a linkage rod, having two ends pivotally fixed on the housing plate and the driver respectively; and a resilience element, having two ends pivotally connected to the housing plate and the driver respectively. The dust-collecting module, disposed on the housing plate, is capable of vacuuming for filtering and collecting dust.

A method for detecting and controlling output characteristics of a DC motor is provided in the present invention, wherein an input impedance related to the DC motor is measured for analyzing the output characteristics of the DC motor so that the output characteristics of the DC motor is capable being controlled according to the requirement of usage. The present invention relates to an obstacle detection device, adapted for an autonomous mobile system, which comprises: a conducting wire, a first unit and a second unit. The first unit further comprises a first conducting part, electrically connected to an end of the conducting wire; and the second unit further comprises a second conducting part, electrically connected to another end of the conducting wire other than that connecting to the first conducting part. As an abnormality, such as the autonomous mobile system comes into contact with an obstacle, or misses a step, is happening and detected by the obstacle detection device, a reactive force will be generated to force the two conducting parts to contact with each other so as to enable an electrical conduction for issuing an electrical signal to the control unit of the autonomous mobile system and thus enabling the autonomous mobile system to react with respect to the abnormality.

A vibration isolation device for isolating a vibration source from a carried member, includes: a carrier for carrying the carried member; a housing positioned on the vibration source, and formed with an accommodating space; a cover for sealing an open end of the housing; a base mounted in the accommodating space, and extended through the cover to be connected to the carrier; a plurality of connecting members mounted in the accommodating space and around the base, wherein each of the connecting members is connected to the base and the cover; and a plurality of actuators provided in the connecting members respectively, for changing vibration of the connecting members and the base when the vibration source vibrates, so as to minimize vibration of the carrier, thereby achieving the effect of isolating vertical and horizontal vibrations.
