The technology relates to a method for testing the quality of a VoIP communication link between a multipoint control unit and a terminal, the method being performed at the multipoint control unit providing the capability for terminals to participate in a VoIP session, the method comprising: &#x2014;sending an audio sample to the terminal,&#x2014;receiving a reception report from the terminal, the reception report containing reception statistics for the audio sample,&#x2014;computing a Mean opinion score&#x2014;i.e. MOS&#x2014;based on the reception report.

Conferencing system exploiting terminal diversity

A method to remotely interact with an application server () of a Unified Messaging System () via an end user terminal () featuring soft keys is described, wherein at least one functionality dedicated to at least one soft key is remotely controllable by the application server () in real time. Furthermore a communication system (), a terminal () and a server () to be used to execute the method, and a computer program product comprising computer readable program for causing a computer to perform the method are described.
