The preparation method includes: preparing high-oxygen hydride-dehydride titanium powder using a high-temperature rotary ball grinding treatment process, in which the prepared hydride-dehydride titanium powder has a particle size of 10-40 μm, and has an oxygen content of 0.8-1.5 wt. %; preparing high-purity ultra-fine oxygen adsorbent powder using a wet grinding method of high-energy vibration ball grinding treatment process; in which a purity of the oxygen adsorbent powder is ≥99.9%, and a particle size of the oxygen adsorbent powder is ≤8 μm; mixing the high-oxygen hydride-dehydride titanium powder with the oxygen adsorbent powder in a protective atmosphere, and then press-forming the powder obtained after mixing to obtain a raw material blank; and performing atmosphere protective sintering treatment on the raw material blank to obtain a titanium matrix composite. The method prepares a titanium matrix composite reinforced by in-situ self-generating multi-scale Ca—Ti—O, TiC, TiB particles. The microstructure and grains are effectively refined, and the strength and plasticity of the material are significantly improved.

A three-dimensional (3D) magnetic particle imaging (MPI) method and system without rotating a field-free line (FFL) are disclosed. In accordance with the method, an FFL is generated such that magnetic particles in a region far from the FFL enter a magnetic saturation state. Further, a non-uniform mixed-frequency excitation magnetic field parallel to the FFL is applied to generate intermodulation response signals. In addition, the intermodulation response signals are acquired, amplified and filtered. Moreover, the intermodulation response signals are transmitted to a digital signal processing unit and an image reconstruction unit, and an encoding matrix is constructed. Additionally, a one-dimensional (1D) concentration distribution of the magnetic particles is reconstructed based on the encoding matrix and an actually measured voltage signal. The FFL is driven for line-by-line scanning along a vertical plane of the FFL, thereby achieving 3D imaging.

The present disclosure includes: separating the non-uniform excitation field into independent space and current time functions by a spatialtemporal separation method; calculating a normalized signal peak through the current time function; constructing a reconstruction mathematical model based on the normalized signal peak and an imaging subunit volume; and quantitatively reconstructing a spatial distribution of a nanoparticle by combining the normalized signal peak, a non-uniform spatial function of the excitation field and the reconstruction mathematical model, so as to achieve the magnetic nanoparticle imaging of a to-be-reconstructed object.
