The crankshaft includes a first eccentric portion, a support shaft and a second eccentric portion which are arranged at intervals in an axial direction; the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate are arranged in sequence between the first eccentric portion and the second eccentric portion, a first round hole is arranged defined on the first baffle plate, the support shaft is arranged in the first round hole, so that the first baffle plate and the support shaft form a baffle plate bearing, and the baffle plate bearing has a stress relief structure for reducing a contact stress between the support shaft and the first baffle plate.

Disclosed are a compressor, an air conditioner and a method for assembling a compressor, wherein the compressor includes a housing, a first cylinder assembly and a second cylinder assembly. The first cylinder assembly includes a first cylinder. The first cylinder assembly has a first discharge channel. A first end of the first discharge channel is in communication with the first cylinder, a second end of the first discharge channel is in communication with a receiving chamber. The second cylinder assembly includes a second cylinder; the second cylinder is disposed adjacent to the first cylinder. The second cylinder assembly has a second discharge channel which is disposed relatively independent of the first discharge channel. A first end of the second discharge channel is connected to the second cylinder; a second end of the second discharge channel is in communication with a receiving chamber.

Compressor, air conditioner and method for assembling compressor

The present disclosure relates to an air conditioner and a compressor. The compressor includes: a first cylinder assembly, including a first cylinder body and a first sliding vane, a volume control assembly, including a pressure regulator; wherein the pressure regulator is provided with a storage cavity, and the storage cavity is communicated with the variable volume control cavity; wherein the first sliding vane is configured to slide in a reciprocating manner between the first compression cavity and the variable volume control cavity along the first sliding vane groove, to change the volume of the variable volume control cavity; and the refrigerant introduced into the variable volume control cavity flows between the variable volume control cavity and the storage cavity along with a change of the volume of the variable volume control cavity.

Air conditioner and compressor

A compressor and an air conditioner are provided. The compressor includes a main shaft, a first cylinder and a second cylinder. The main shaft sequentially passes through the first cylinder and the second cylinder and can rotate therein, to compress refrigerant entering the first cylinder and the second cylinder. The second cylinder has an inner cavity capable of receiving the main shaft. A volume variation control cavity in communication with the inner cavity is provided in a side wall of the inner cavity, and a sliding vane is provided inside the volume variation control cavity. The volume variation control cavity can be selectively connected to a gas inlet and a gas outlet of the compressor, to change gas pressure in the volume variation control cavity, and drive the sliding vane to abut against or be separated from the main shaft by the gas pressure in the volume variation control cavity.

Disclosed are a variable-capacity control structure, a compressor and a variable-capacity control method thereof. The variable-capacity control structure includes: a variable-capacity assembly and a sliding vane restraint unit; the variable-capacity assembly is provided outside a housing of a compressor to which the variable-capacity control structure is attached, and is configured to act in a setting order; the sliding vane restraint unit is provided inside a pump body of the compressor, and is configured to cause a variable-capacity cylinder assembly in the compressor to be in a working state or an idling state under controlling the variable-capacity assembly to act in the setting order. By the solution of the present disclosure, advantages that vibration is reduced, compressor is not easy to shut down and pipeline is not easy to break are implemented.

Disclosed is a crank shaft, including a central rotation shaft, a first eccentric component, a second eccentric component, a disc partition plate and an annular partition plate, wherein the disc partition plate is disposed between the first eccentric component and the second eccentric component, and is integrally formed with the central rotation shaft, and the annular partition plate is sleeved outside the disc partition plate. The crank shaft can prevent the occurrence of leakage between the partition plate and a roller while increasing an eccentricity of the crank shaft and improving operating performances of a compressor. Further disclosed are a pump body assembly having the crank shaft and a compressor.
