A detection apparatus comprises a freely-movable integral framework provided with front wheels and rear wheels, characterized in that, a control portion and a scan portion, and a driving mechanism driving said framework to move are provided on said framework, wherein said framework is provided with a first interface for connecting to external power, so that said detection apparatus is driven by external power via the driving mechanism to perform detection while conducting detection on site, and wherein the semitrailer for mounting the framework is provided with a second interface connectable to a traction apparatus so as to connect the detection apparatus and the traction apparatus while carrying out site-changing transportation. Said detection apparatus is not affected by the alteration of the emission standards, has low failure rate and maintenance cost, has zero emission in the detection state, and is pollution-free.

Detection apparatus

The present invention discloses a mobile cantilever door-type container inspection system, in the art of radiation scanning imaging inspection technology. The system according to the present invention comprises a moveable scanning apparatus formed by a scanning frame and a remote control device, wherein the scanning frame comprises a radiation source and some detectors, wherein the radiation source or an apparatus cabin wherein the radiation source is disposed is connected with an L-shaped cantilever structure to form a door-type scanning frame, wherein beneath the radiation source or the apparatus cabin wherein the radiation source is disposed are provided with rollers that can reciprocatingly move on rails and are controlled by drive means. The detectors are disposed in a cross beam and a vertical beam of the cantilever structure of the door-type scanning frame. Rays of the radiation source are right in alignment with rows of detectors in the cantilever structure. The container truck to be inspected can pass through the door-like frame formed by the door-type scanning frame. Due to the cantilever structure, the inspection system is advantageous in stable operation, good-quality images, and high reliability.

Mobile cantilever door-type container inspection system

A combined mobile container inspection system, comprising: a radiation source; a chassis; a rotatable deck provided at an end of the upper surface of said chassis and rotatable with respect to said chassis, provided with a parallelogram bracket formed by a hingedly-connected four-bar linkage mechanism, wherein the cross link of the parallelogram bracket extends to form a horizontal cross arm with detectors, the other end of said horizontal cross arm is connected with a vertical upright arm, which is vertical or parallel to said horizontal cross arm; and a sliding deck provided at the rear end of the rotatable deck and movable upwardly and downwardly, said sliding deck is provided, in turn, with the radiation source, the X-ray therefrom is always right in the face of the detectors provided in the horizontal cross arm and vertical upright arm, calibrator and collimator.

Combined mobile container inspection system with low target

A collimation and calibration integrative apparatus for container inspection system includes a collimating block; a calibrating block; a base plate; a motor and a plurality of supporting units fixed on the base plate; a transmission unit coupled to the motor for transmitting movement from the motor to a bearing plate, characterized in that the apparatus further includes: a sliding plate having one end connected to the bearing plate and the other end slidably fitted to guide rails provided on the base plate; a stationary plate fixedly connected to the sliding plate, wherein the collimating block and the calibrating block are provided on the stationary plate to form an integrative structure and an assembly gap is formed between the collimating block and the calibrating block, whereby the collimating block and the calibrating block on the stationary plate are driven by the transmission unit and the bearing plate to be moved integrally.
