A direct current induced draft fan includes: a volute, a wind wheel, a motor, and a locking assembly. The motor includes a motor body and a motor controller. The motor is disposed on the top of the volute, and the wind wheel is disposed in the volute. The motor is configured to drive the wind wheel to rotate. The motor controller is disposed on one side of the motor body and is fixed on the motor body through the locking assembly. The side wall of the motor controller extends from the motor body towards the volute.

Direct current induced draft fan

A volute assembly includes a volute body, a cover plate, and a seal. The volute body includes a top plate, a side plate protruding axially from an edge of the top plate, a cavity formed by the top plate and the side plate, and an exhaust duct disposed on the side plate and communicating with the cavity. The side plate includes a first bottom edge and a plurality of clamping blocks disposed at intervals on the first bottom edge. The cover plate includes a bottom plate and an annular sleeve surrounding the bottom plate. The annular sleeve includes a second bottom edge and a flange protruding from the second bottom edge. The flange includes a plurality of buckles disposed at intervals. The seal is disposed around the annular sleeve and is supported by the flange. The side plate is matched with the annular sleeve in shape.

Volute assembly and induced draft fan comprising the same

An adapter for an induced draft fan includes an installation section; a transition section; and an exit section. The installation section and the exit section are disposed on two ends of the transition section, respectively. The installation section includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a connection plate, and a water storage cavity. The outer ring includes a first end and a second end; the first end of the outer ring is connected to the transition section; the second end of the outer ring is connected to a first end of the inner ring via the connection plate. The inner ring, the connection plate, and the outer ring are connected one by one to form the water storage cavity. The outer ring includes at least one drain hole communicating with the water storage cavity; and a drain pipe is disposed on the outer ring.

An induced draft fan includes a motor, a volute, a wind wheel, and a conversion interface. The volute includes a cavity for accommodating the wind wheel. The volute further includes a bottom surface and a side surface. The bottom surface includes an air inlet and the side surface includes an air outlet. The air inlet and the air outlet communicate with the cavity. The conversion interface includes a connection section, a transition section, and an exit section. The connection section and the exit section are disposed on two ends of the transition section, respectively. The transition section tilts upward so that the exit section and the connection section are staggered with each other. The connection section includes a rectangular hollow frame including an upper side plate, a lower side plate, a left side plate, and a right side plate.

Induced draft fan

A wind wheel including a first air plate, a second air plate, and a plurality of blades disposed between the first air plate and the second air plate. The first air plate includes a central part and an air inlet disposed in the central part; each two adjacent blades form an air duct. The plurality of blades each includes an inlet section next to the air inlet, an intermediate section, and an outlet section. The thickness of the intermediate section is greater than the thickness of the inlet section and the thickness of the outlet section.

The relationship between a minimum inner diameter D0 of the curved air guide and an inner diameter D1, an outer diameter D2 of the wind wheel fulfills the following formula: D1+&#x2153;(D2&#x2212;D1)&#x2264;D0&#x2264;D1+&#x2154;(D2&#x2212;D1). An exhaust fan that includes the blower is also provided.

Blower and exhaust fan comprising the same

An induced draft fan, including a volute including a chamber and an air discharge pipe; and a wind wheel disposed in the chamber of the volute. The wind wheel is connected to and operationally driven by a rotation shaft of a motor. The air discharge pipe is disposed on one side of the volute, and includes an inner pipe and an outer pipe surrounding the inner pipe. The inner pipe of the air discharge pipe communicates with the chamber, to form an air discharge passage. An annular groove is disposed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe; and the outer end of the outer pipe is provided with a curved groove, the curved groove extends axially and circumferentially to divide the outer pipe into a fixed part and a flexible part.
