A foldable apparatus and an electronic device, wherein foldable apparatus includes a mounting bracket and a rotating bracket assembly. The rotating bracket assembly includes a first rotating bracket and a second rotating bracket arranged on two sides of the mounting bracket along a width direction of the mounting bracket. The first rotating bracket is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket by using a first rotating shaft. The second rotating bracket is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket by using a second rotating shaft. When the first rotating bracket and the second rotating bracket rotate toward each other, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft move in a direction away from the mounting bracket along the width direction of the mounting bracket.

Foldable apparatus and electronic device

A rotating shaft mechanism is disclosed. The rotating shaft mechanism includes a main bracket and at least one rotating assembly. Each rotating assembly can rotate relative to the main bracket. The rotating assembly includes a rotating member, a middle frame, and a sliding member. The rotating member can be rotatably connected to the main bracket about the first rotation center, and the other end of the rotating member can be rotatably connected to the middle frame about the third rotation center. One end of the sliding member is hinged to the main bracket, and the sliding member can rotate relative to the main bracket about the second rotation center. The other end of the sliding member slidably coordinates with the middle frame, so that the middle frame is away from or close to the second rotation center along an extension direction of the sliding member.

The intermittent lifting assembly includes: a first driving piece that includes a first intermittent gear and a convex shoulder disposed on the first intermittent gear; a second driving piece that includes a second intermittent gear engaged with the first intermittent gear, where a position-limiting slot is disposed on the second intermittent gear, the position-limiting slot is configured to limit a position in which the convex shoulder rolls when teeth of the first intermittent gear and teeth of the second intermittent gear are out of an engaged state; and a gap for avoiding the second intermittent gear is disposed on the convex shoulder; and further includes a swing rod that is fastened to the second intermittent gear and configured to drive the heat dissipation panel to open or close.
