An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate. A buffer layer is disposed on the substrate. The buffer layer includes a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate in a bending region. Pixel structures are positioned in a pixel region on the buffer layer. A fan-out wiring is positioned in the peripheral region and the pad region on the insulation layer structure such that the upper surface of the substrate and the first portion of the buffer layer are exposed. A passivation layer is disposed on the fan-out wiring, side walls of the insulation layer structure adjacent to the bending region, and the first portion of the buffer layer. The passivation layer includes a third opening exposing the upper surface of the substrate in the bending region. A connection electrode is positioned in the bending region on the substrate.

Organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing organic light emitting display device

An organic light emitting diode display includes a lower substrate, a sub-pixel structure, an upper substrate, a sealant, and a first power supply wire. The lower substrate has a display area, a peripheral area, and a pad area. The sub-pixel structure is disposed in the display area on the lower substrate. The upper substrate is disposed on the sub-pixel structure. The sealant is disposed in the peripheral area between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The first power supply wire is disposed between the lower substrate and the sealant, and overlaps the lower substrate and the sealant. The first power supply wire includes a first protrusion protruding in a first direction that is a direction from the pad area to the display area in the first peripheral area.

A display apparatus includes drivers included in first, second, and third driver groups in a peripheral area and disposed along a round corner of a display area. The first driver group includes a first driver electrically connected to a signal line on an i-th row, and a second driver adjacent to the first driver in a first arrangement direction and electrically connected to a signal line disposed on a (i+j)-th row (i<j). An electronic apparatus includes a display unit and an input sensing unit. The display unit includes insulating layers, a signal line, a pad connected to an end portion of the signal line, and circuit elements. The insulating layers include a first insulating layer covering the circuit elements and exposing at least a portion of the circuit elements. The input sensing unit includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer including sensing patterns, and a second insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The second insulating layer exposes at least a portion of the first conductive layer. An insulating layer between the end portion of the signal line and the pad is defined as a pad insulating layer. A maximum thickness of the pad insulating layer is greater than a sum of thicknesses of the first and second insulating layers.

Electronic apparatus and method of fabricating the same

A display device includes a substrate including a first area, a second area, and a bent area therebetween, an inner wiring disposed in the first area, an outer wiring disposed in the second area, an inter-insulating layer which covers the inner wiring and the outer wiring and in which an opening corresponding to the bent area is defined, a first organic insulating layer, where a portion thereof is located in the opening, a connection wiring disposed on the first organic insulating layer and connecting the inner wiring to the outer wiring, a conductive layer disposed between the inter-insulating layer and the first organic insulating layer and electrically connected to one of the inner wiring and the outer wiring, and an inorganic protective layer which covers the conductive layer and in which an opening corresponding to the bent area is defined.

The flexible substrate includes a first film layer, a first wiring layer on the first film layer and comprising a plurality of wirings, a second film layer on the first wiring layer, and a second wiring layer on the second film layer and comprising a plurality of wirings. The wirings of the second wiring layer include a first_first wiring and a first_second wiring, the first_first wiring and the first_second wiring extend in a same direction along a same line and are spaced from each other by a gap therebetween. The gap is at an edge of the base substrate in a plan view.
