An internal power generation circuit comprises: a first internal power generation circuit, configured to generate a first power signal based on an external power signal, and including an NMOS transistor, voltage of the first power signal being lower than voltage of the external power signal by threshold voltage of one NMOS transistor, wherein the circuit further includes: a booster unit performing boosting on the first power signal, voltage of a boosted signal being higher than the voltage of the first power signal by at least the threshold voltage of one NMOS transistor; a self-starting feedback circuit configured to generate an output voltage signal based on the boosted signal and the external power signal, wherein before the output voltage signal reaches a target voltage, the output voltage signal follows the external power signal, and after the output voltage signal reaches the target voltage, the output voltage signal holds the target voltage.

A voltage detection circuit, a power supply system and a chip are provided. The voltage detection circuit includes: a first step-down sub-circuit, a second step-down sub-circuit and a first voltage-stabilizing sub-circuit; wherein the first step-down sub-circuit has one end connected to one end of the second step-down sub-circuit in series; the first step-down sub-circuit has another end connected to a first port of the voltage detection circuit; and the second step-down sub-circuit has another end connected to a second port of the voltage detection circuit; and wherein the first voltage-stabilizing sub-circuit has one end connected to a third port of the voltage detection circuit and has another end connected to the second port, where the first voltage-stabilizing sub-circuit is turned on when the third port has a voltage higher than the second port and stabilized when the third port has a voltage lower than the second port.

A compensation circuit for constant output voltage is disclosed. The compensation circuit comprises a current source, a first switch, a controllable current source, a second switch, a logic NOT gate, a CV loop control module, and an input voltage detection module. The compensation circuit ensures a normal start-up, and substantially no additional power dissipation of the converter is generated at no load. Furthermore, the compensation circuit adjusts a compensation current according to at least one of a detected input voltage of the power supply converter and a working mode of the transformer, to obtain better precision of constant output voltage.
