Methods for fabricating triazene-based graphitic carbon nitride films are provided. A substrate can be coated with silk fibroin, submerged in the central zone of plasma, and provided with microwave power. The substrate can then be dried to give a triazene-based graphitic carbon nitride film. Methods of the subject invention can be easily scaled up to industrial levels and produce triazene-based graphitic carbon nitride films that show excellent electrical properties as anodes in lithium-ion batteries.

Method of producing triazine-based graphitic carbon nitride films

An apparatus of transmitting messages from an electronic device and display it on a mobile device, and a method of doing the same are disclosed. An exemplifying electronic device has an encoder to encode the data and a drive to modulate the signals into temporal and spatial light patterns according to the transmitted message. The light signals are then emitted from a group of LEDs on the electronic device. A video camera on a mobile device captures the light signals in the form of temporal and spatial patterns. A software application decodes the message and displays the message on the mobile device screen.

Apparatus and methods of displaying messages for electronic devices

In one embodiment, a first one of a plurality of message processors receives a request with respect to a topic, and determines whether the first message processor itself is currently responsible for the topic. If so, then the first message processor services the request. If not, then the first message processor determines whether any of the other ones of the message processors is currently responsible for the topic. If so, then the request is redirected to another message processor to be serviced. If not, then the first message processor selects one of the message processors to be responsible for the topic and to service the request.

Distributed publish/subscribe system

A system for tracking the laboratory animal position and movement in a walled enclosure or cage for observation and evaluation is disclosed. The system consists of a plate placed on the bottom of the cage whereon multiple electrodes are configured as column-row two-dimensional electrode array, an electronic circuit detecting and measuring the capacitance between said electrodes, and a microprocessor determining the animal's location. The electronic circuit repeatedly measures the capacitance between the electrodes in a sequential manner. The animal's location and movement is determined by detecting the changes in capacitance on said plate.
