Non-contact method for detectiing and distinguishing human and animal based on IR-UWB bio-radar signal

Provided is a multi-target life detection method based on radar signals. The method includes: performing time accumulation in a slow time direction on a preprocessed echo signal to obtain a first echo signal; performing an envelope extraction of inflection points on the first echo signal to obtain a second echo signal; calculating an average value of all amplitude signals in the second echo signal other than M marked amplitude signals; and in response to a ratio of a marked amplitude signal to the average value being greater than a threshold, determining that a living target exists at a radar detection distance corresponding to the marked amplitude signal. According to the life detection method of the present disclosure, a normalization method is adopted to normalize signal amplitudes of the radar in a dimension of fast time (distance). In addition, two envelope extractions of inflection points may be performed.

Multi-target life detection method based on radar signal and detection radar

A building-information management (BIM) system receives a set of wind vectors that identify wind speeds and directions at the surfaces of physical structures within a volume of air. The system stratifies the volume into vertically stacked layers that each contains similar wind vectors. Each layer is then divided horizontally into rectangular cells that each at least partially encloses a cluster of the structures. The system infers cell-specific relationships that relate physical attributes of the enclosed structures with the cell's incoming and outgoing airflows, from which the system builds a wind-propagation model for each cell. These cell-specific models are combined into a regional wind-propagation model that predicts how winds entering the volume will be propagated as outgoing wind vectors. The regional model is used by downstream modules of the BIM system to account for airflow effects when designing a planned building.

A computer-implanted method for creating a filtered digital entry includes generating, via a processor implementing a trace generation engine, a trace indicative of successful transactions and erroneous transactions. The processor instantiates a plurality of buffers in a buffer pool each configured to record a trace function boundary. The processor then analyzes each buffer in the buffer pool based on the trace function boundary to evaluate whether each function entry in the trace contains an erroneous transaction. If the processor determines that a function entry contains an erroneous transaction, the processor sets an output flag in a call stack map associated with that function. The processor then generates a filtered digital entry based on the call stack map. The filtered digital entry includes only erroneous transaction data from the trace.

A method, system and computer program product are provided for detecting vehicle queue events and managing traffic flow. A computing system recognizes whether a queue event occurred for each vehicle located in an area of interest based on collected vehicle data. The area of interest includes an intersection, and the vehicle data for the each vehicle includes location information and speed information. The location information further includes a distance to an intersection. The computing system identifies differences in queue length among queues in the area of interest based on the vehicle data and determines queue indicators for each of the queues in the area of interest. Based on queue indicators for each of the queues in in the area of interest generated over multiple sampling periods, traffic signal lights at the intersection in the area of interest are managed.
