The water channel structure for connecting a controller to a motor includes a controller main housing and a motor body that are connected and fastened to each other. A water-cooling plate is fastened in the controller main housing. A water inlet and a water outlet are respectively provided at two ends of the controller main housing. A heat dissipation water channel communicating the water inlet with the water outlet inside the controller main housing is formed in the water-cooling plate. A motor water channel is provided inside the motor body. A transition water joint is provided at the water outlet of the controller main housing. The transition water joint is directly connected to a water inlet of the motor water channel.

Water channel structure for connecting a controller to a motor

A water-cooled motor controller includes a capacitor, a water-cooled plate, and a power module stacked in a controller housing. The power module is fixedly connected to the water-cooled plate. The water-cooled plate is provided with a cooling medium flow channel on one side facing the power module, and the other side of the water-cooling plate on which the cooling medium flow channel faces away from the power module side contacts the capacitor through an insulating and thermally conductive material for heat exchange. The water-cooled plate and the controller housing are fixedly connected to each other with a cooling medium passage provided therebetween. A cooling medium flows in from the controller housing, and then flows out of the controller housing after being heat exchanged by the water-cooled plate. The present invention utilizes upper and lower surfaces of the water-cooled plate to dissipate heat from the capacitor and the power module simultaneously.

Water-cooled motor controller

The present invention utilizes a high-speed serial data transceiver to generate two high-speed electric pulse signals. After passing through a gain network, the signals are used for driving an electro-optic phase modulator (PM) so as to realize phase modulation of photon signals. The present invention may directly use a high-speed digital signal to realize a four-phase modulation function needed by the BB84 quantum key distribution protocol without using a digital to analog converter or an analog switch. This can prevent modulation rate from being restricted by links including digital-to-analog conversion, switching of the analog and the like. A dual-electrode electro-optic phase modulator scheme can also effectively reduce requirements for amplitude of a modulation driving signal, thus facilitating realization of high-speed phase modulation, which meets requirements of quantum key distribution.
