A super-hydrophilic carbon nanotube composite film includes a carbon nanotube layer, a polydopamine layer and a silicon dioxide layer. The carbon nanotube layer includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes and defines two opposite surfaces. The polydopamine layer is on at least one surface of two opposite surfaces of the carbon nanotube layer, and the polydopamine layer includes a plurality of polydopamine nanoparticles. A method for making a transition metal dichalcogenide crystal having a chemical formula represented as MXis provided, wherein M represents a central transition metal element, and X represents a chalcogen element. The method includes providing a MXpolycrystalline powder, a MXseed crystal, and a transport medium. The MXpolycrystalline powder and the transport medium are placed in a first reaction chamber. The first reaction chamber and the MXseed crystal are placed in a second reaction chamber having a source end and a deposition end opposite to the source end. The first reaction chamber is placed at the source end, and the MXseed crystal is placed at the deposition end.

Method for making transition metal dichalcogenide crystal

A cable condition monitoring sensor device includes a TMR magnetic field sensor module, a high-pass filtering module, and a signal-amplifying module which are sequentially connected. The TMR magnetic field sensor module measures a magnetic field change signal of a cable, converts the same into a voltage signal, and outputs the voltage signal to the high-pass filtering module. The high-pass filtering module filters out DC bias of the voltage signal, and transmits the filtered voltage signal to the signal-amplifying module. The signal-amplifying module amplifies the filtered voltage signal to obtain an output voltage signal and outputs the output voltage signal. In the present invention, a common mode current to be measured in the cable is extracted by placing the magnetic shielding ring made of ferromagnetic material outside the cable to filter out a differential mode load current in the cable, and the magnitude of the common mode current is determined.

Cable condition monitoring sensor device method

The disclosure relates to a method for making an iron telluride including placing Fe, Bi, and Te in a reacting chamber as reacting materials. The reacting chamber is evacuated to be a vacuum with a pressure lower than 10 Pa. The reacting chamber is heated to a first temperature of 700 degrees Celsius to 900 degrees Celsius and keeping the first temperature for a period of 10 hours to 14 hours. Then the reacting chamber is cooled to a second temperature of 400 degrees Celsius to 700 degrees Celsius within 60 hours to 75 hours and keeping the second temperature for a period of 40 hours to 50 hours, to obtain a reaction product including a FeTesingle crystal. The FeTesingle crystal is separated from the reaction product.

Method for making iron telluride

A supercapacitor is provided. The supercapacitor includes an elastic fiber, an internal electrode, a first electrolyte layer, and an external electrode. The internal electrode, the first electrolyte layer, and the external electrode are sequentially wrapped on an outer surface of the elastic fiber. The internal electrode includes a first carbon nanotube film and a NiO@MnOcomposite structure, and the external electrode includes a second carbon nanotube film and a FeOlayer.

A method for making a carbon nanotube composite structure includes the following steps: dispersing a plurality of carbon nanotubes in water, to form a carbon nanotube dispersion; adding an aniline solution into the carbon nanotube dispersion, to form a mixed solution; adding an initiator into the mixed solution, to form a carbon nanotube composite structure preform; freeze-drying the carbon nanotube composite structure preform in a vacuum environment; and carbonizing the carbon nanotube composite structure preform in a protective gas after freeze-drying. The present application also relates to the carbon nanotube composite structure.

Carbon nanotube composite structure and method for making the same

The disclosure relates to a semimetal compound of Pt and a method for making the same. The semimetal compound is a single crystal material of PtSe. The method comprises: providing a PtSepolycrystalline material; placing the PtSepolycrystalline material in a reacting chamber; placing chemical transport medium in the reacting chamber; evacuating the reacting chamber to be vacuum less than 10 Pa; placing the reacting chamber at a temperature gradient, wherein the reacting chamber has a first end at a temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius to 1000 degrees Celsius and a second end opposite to the first end and at a temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius to 900 degrees Celsius; and keeping the reacting chamber in the temperature gradient for 10 days to 30 days.

Semimetal compound of Pt

A cathode of a lithium-air battery includes a carbon nanotube composite film and a protecting layer. The carbon nanotube composite film includes a carbon nanotube network structure and a catalyst in particle form located in the carbon nanotube network structure. The carbon nanotube composite film is disposed on a surface of the protecting layer. The protecting layer allows conduction of lithium ions while preventing organic substances in an electrolyte of the lithium-air battery reaching the carbon nanotube composite film. A lithium-air battery is also disclosed.

Cathode and lithium-air battery using the same

The disclosure relates to a method for making semimetal compound of Pt. The semimetal compound is a single crystal material of PtSe. The method comprises: placing pure Pt and pure Se in a reacting chamber as reacting materials; evacuating the reacting chamber to be vacuum less than 10 Pa; heating the reacting chamber to a first temperature of 600 degrees Celsius to 800 degrees Celsius and keeping for 24 hours to 100 hours; cooling the reacting chamber to a second temperature of 400 degrees Celsius to 500 degrees Celsius at a cooling rate of 1 degrees Celsius per hour to 10 degrees Celsius per hour and keeping for 24 hours to 100 hours to obtain a crystal material of PtSe; and separating the excessive reacting materials from the crystal material of PtSe.

Method for making semimetal compound of Pt

A method for making MnBiTesingle crystal is provided. The method includes: providing a mixture of polycrystalline MnTe and polycrystalline BiTein Molar ratio of 1.1:1&#x2dc;1:1.1; heating the mixture in a vacuum reaction chamber to 700&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;900&#xb0; C., cooling the mixture to 570&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;600&#xb0; C. slowly with a speed less than or equal to 1&#xb0; C./hour, and annealing the mixture at 570&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;600&#xb0; C. for a time above 10 days to obtain an intermediate product; and air quenching the intermediate product from 570&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;600&#xb0; C. to room temperature. The method for making MnBiTesingle crystal is simple and has low cost.
