A dual-mode combined control method for a multi-inverter system based on a double split transformer is provided. For an extremely-weak grid, the method provides the dual-mode combined control method for a multi-inverter system based on a double split transformer. According to the method, the equivalent grid impedance at a point of common coupling (PCC) of one grid-connected inverter (GCI) in the multi-inverter system based on the double split transformer is obtained with a grid impedance identification algorithm, and the system sequentially operates in a full current source mode, a hybrid mode, and a full voltage source mode according to a gradually increasing equivalent grid impedance, thereby effectively improving the stability of the multi-inverter system based on the double split transformer during variation of the strength of the grid. The method ensures that the system can still operate stably in the extremely-weak grid.

Dual-mode combined control method for multi-inverter system based on double split transformer

A stability control method for a virtual synchronous generator (VSG) in a strong grid based on an inductance-current differential feedback is provided. A grid-connected topological structure of a VSG using the control method includes a direct-current (DC)-side voltage source, a three-phase inverter, a three-phase grid impedance and a three-phase grid. By controlling the VSG and controlling the inductance-current differential feedback, the method suppresses the oscillation of the output power from the VSG in the strong grid and implements the stable operation of an inner-loop-free VSG in the strong grid, without adding the physical inductance, increasing the cost of the filter and additionally providing a grid-side current sensor.

Stability control method for virtual synchronous generator in strong grid based on inductance-current differential feedback

Methods are disclosed herein for efficiently generating human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) containing a nucleic acid including a doxycycline promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding Cas9. These methods include transfecting a human somatic cell with a nucleic acid molecule comprising a doxycycline promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding a Cas9, and constitutive promoter operably linked to a tetracycline responsive element and inducing the somatic cell to form an iPSC, thereby producing an iPSC that can undergo CRISPR/Cas9-mediated recombination at a high efficiency. The human iPSC, or a cell differentiated therefrom, is cultured in the presence of doxycycline to induce expression of the Cas9. These cells can then be used to target in any gene of interest by introducing nucleic acids encoding sgRNAs. Induced pluripotent stem cells produced by these methods are also disclosed.

Disclosed are a method of underlying drive forwarding and a multi-core system implemented based on a UEFI, which can increase a running speed of the multi-core system implemented based on a UEFI. The underlying drive forwarding method is configured for underlying drive forwarding of a multi-core system. The multi-core system is implemented based on a UEFI and includes an application processor and a bootstrap processor. The bootstrap processor is provided with an execution interface configured to call underlying hardware. The application processor is configured with an instruction interface corresponding to the execution interface. The underlying drive forwarding method includes the following steps: receiving, by the instruction interface, an operation instruction, generating a request according to the operation instruction, and sending the request to the bootstrap processor; and driving, by the bootstrap processor according to the request, the execution interface corresponding to the instruction interface to execute a corresponding operation.

The present disclosure relates to a memory test system and a memory test method. The memory test system comprises: a plurality of test devices, a host computer, and driving modules. Each of the test devices is provided with a test interface used for connecting a memory to be tested. The host computer is respectively connected to the plurality of test devices and configured to control the test devices to test the memory to be tested. The driving modules are connected to the test devices and configured to output, to the test devices, driving signals used for driving the test devices to perform data interaction with the host computer.

Methods of engineering human induced pluripotent stem cells to produce liver tissue

A facility for visual search on a mobile device takes advantage of multi-modal and multi-touch input on the mobile device. By extracting lexical entities from a spoken search query and matching the lexical entities to image tags, the facility provides candidate images for each entity. Selected ones of the candidate images are used to construct a composite visual query image on a query canvas. The relative size and position of the selected candidate images in the composite visual query image, which need not be an existing image, contribute to a definition of a context of the composite visual query image being submitted for context-aware visual search.

Interactive multi-modal image search

A subregion-based image parameter recovery system and method for recovering image parameters from a single image containing a face taken under sub-optimal illumination conditions. The recovered image parameters (including albedo, illumination, and face geometry) can be used to generate face images under a new lighting environment. The method includes dividing the face in the image into numerous smaller regions, generating an albedo morphable model for each region, and using a Markov Random Fields (MRF)-based framework to model the spatial dependence between neighboring regions. Different types of regions are defined, including saturated, shadow, regular, and occluded regions. Each pixel in the image is classified and assigned to a region based on intensity, and then weighted based on its classification. The method decouples the texture from the geometry and illumination models, and then generates an objective function that is iteratively solved using an energy minimization technique to recover the image parameters.
