Provided is a composition comprising one or more protein and one or more polyalkoxy fatty compound wherein the weight ratio of said protein to said polyalkoxy fatty compound is from 0.05:1 to 20:1, and wherein said polyalkoxy fatty compound has structure (I) wherein Ris a fatty group; Ris H or a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbyl group; n is 0 to 5; Xis O, S, or NH; Xis O, S, or NH; and Ris a polymeric group comprising polymerized units of (II) and (III)
