A structure of a shift lever that changes to a manual mode. The structure includes a shift lever that has a protrusion formed to a horizontal side and a base spaced from the shift lever to allow the protrusion to reach the base during horizontal movement of the shift lever. A G-return to which the protrusion is coupled is mounted on the base to be able to turn and a knob that is connected to one end of a knob lever pivotably mounted on the base with the other end of the knob lever facing the shift lever, slides with the horizontal movement of the shift lever. The conversion to a manual mode is sensed from the sliding of the knob and change to the manual mode is controlled by turning of the G-return.

Structure of lever of vehicle transmission

A coupling structure between a shift lever and a knob for a vehicle that includes an insert which is formed at a center thereof with an insert aperture and fixed within a knob, and of which a lower end is formed to protrude from the knob to the exterior. A shift lever rod is inserted into and coupled to the insert aperture and a skirt is formed to enclose outer peripheral surfaces of the shift lever rod and the insert. In addition, a plurality of elastic members are formed along the outer peripheral surface of the insert to protrude radially outward toward the knob by a predetermined angle and are formed to be elastically deformed and opened radially outward when the shift lever rod is coupled to the knob.

Coupling structure between shift lever and knob for vehicle

An accelerator pedal system includes a pedal control unit that receives a vehicle speed signal and a signal from a switch, and compares the two signals. If the vehicle speed exceeds a preselected speed, the pedal control unit outputs a control signal to control a reaction force of an accelerator pedal on the basis of the preselected speed and a selected mode. The system also includes a reaction device that receives the control signal and controls the accelerator pedal according to the selected mode. The reaction device includes an actuator for generating power on the basis of the control signal, a power delivery unit for selectively transmitting the power generated by the actuator, and a wheel for receiving the power from the power delivery unit and transmitting the power to the accelerator pedal.

Accelerator pedal system

An accelerator pedal system that controls a reaction force of an accelerator pedal in a case that a vehicle speed exceeds a predetermined speed includes: a vehicle speed sensor; an accelerator pedal connected to a rod having a predetermined shape; a switch that generates a signal corresponding to at least one predetermined speed limit and a selected mode among a plurality of predetermined modes; an engine management system that receives signals from the vehicle speed sensor and the switch; an accelerator pedal position sensor that detects an operating position of the accelerator pedal and generates a corresponding signal; a pedal control unit that receives a vehicle speed signal and a switch signal from the engine management system, and outputs a control signal when a vehicle speed exceeds the speed limit; and a reaction device that is disposed to an upper portion of the accelerator pedal, and that, in response to the control signal of the pedal control unit, generates a reaction force depending on the selected mode, and applies the generated reaction force to the accelerator pedal. By the accelerator pedal system of the present invention a driver can drive a car with more safety.

A simply configured brake pedal is restricted in regression and pivot thereof in the event of a vehicle collision, thereby preventing or minimizing injury to a driver. The brake pedal structure for preventing injury includes a brake pedal mounting bracket, a blocking piece, a support bracket, and a blocking panel. A blocking piece is installed at a pedal arm of the brake pedal and protrudes out towards the rear of the vehicle. A recession limit means is equipped at a steering column mounting bracket connected to a cowl cross bar to restrict a backward shift of the blocking piece.

Vehicular brake pedal structure for preventing injury

The shift-lever apparatus of an automatic transmission for enabling manual mode operation includes a housing, a shift-lever connected to a rotating unit disposed at a lower portion of the housing such that the shift-lever can rotate about the rotating unit, and a base member fixed to the shift-lever and enclosed by the housing, such that the base member moves according to the movement of the shift-lever. The apparatus also includes '+' and '&#x2212;' switches, each being disposed at either side of the base member, such that the &#x201c;+&#x201d; and &#x201c;&#x2212;&#x201d; switches are selectively operated according to the movement of the shift-lever. Finally, the apparatus includes a switch operating unit disposed at the base member such that the switch operating unit selectively presses the &#x201c;+&#x201d; and &#x201c;&#x2212;&#x201d; switches.
