A mechanism for machining a workpiece includes a fixing base, a driving member, a connecting member, a cutter, a first guiding sleeve, and a spring. The driving member is positioned above the fixing base. The connecting member is coupled to the driving member. One end of the cutter is fixed to the connecting member, and the cutter is passed through the fixing base to machine the workpiece positioned under the fixing base. The spring is positioned between the connecting member and the fixing base. The spring is compressed when the driving member drives the cutter away from the fixing base to machine the workpiece, and the spring restores to bring the cutter back toward the fixing base after the machining.

Processing mechanism

A machine control system includes an input module, a worktable, a first sliding module, a second sliding module, a lathe feeding module, a lathe tool connected to the lathe feeding module, a milling feeding module, a milling cutter connected to the milling feeding module, and a control module. The control module is electrically connected to the input module, the worktable, the first sliding module, the second sliding module, the lathe feeding module, and the milling feeding module, wherein the input module inputs control parameters into the control module to control the first sliding module and the second sliding module. The resisting portion includes two slant surfaces. The first elastic portions resist the first sliders and the resisting portion. The first sliders are driven by the pushing portion to move along the slant surfaces of the resisting portion and away from the resisting portion, thereof compressing the first elastic portions. The first sliders are driven by the elastic forces of the first elastic portions to move along the slant surfaces and toward the sliding member, thereof clamping the sliding member.

A processing device includes a mounting base, a cutter holder, and a brake. The brake includes a driving member, a resisting member, and an elastic member. The driving member includes a main body and a driving shaft movably placed in the main body. The driving shaft is driven to move in a straight line by the main body. One end of the driving shaft is movably coupled to the cutter holder, and another end of the driving shaft is coupled to the resisting member. The elastic member is positioned between the main body and the resisting member. The driving shaft is configured to move toward one side of the driving member adjacent to the elastic member under an elastic restoring force of the elastic member, whereby the cutter holder moves with the driving shaft toward one end of the driving member adjacent to the elastic member.

The machining assembly includes a pole mounted on the seat, a machining tool mounted on the pole, and two protrusions formed on the pole. The pole defines a channel. An electrically-adjustable tool holder precisely movable in a straight line within a magnetic field under electrical stimulation includes a handle body, a connecting member, and a driving member. The connecting member has a first end securely coupled to an end of the handle body, a second end opposite to the first end, and defines a through hole passing through the first end and the second end. The driving member includes a magnet securely received in the through hole, and an electrical electric coil movably received in the magnet. The electric coil is configured to be securely coupled to the tool, and moves the tool up or down along the central axis of the handle body.

A method for machining a metallic member to provide a finished appearance, the method uses a lathe and a scraping process. A metallic member includes a top portion and a peripheral sidewall, is positioned on the worktable. The worktable is rotated with the metallic member, the lathe tool reciprocates to machine the top portion of the rotary metallic member circumferentially. The lathe tool is moved along a predetermined path relative to the worktable by the moving device to machine curved surfaces of the top portion of the metallic member. The scraping cutter is moved to contact the peripheral sidewall of the metallic member. The scraping cutter is moved along a predetermined path, and the scraping cutter is fed the metallic member to achieve the required shape and finish.

The main shaft is rotatably coupled with the sliding member. The tool holding assembly includes a connecting member detachably connectable to the main shaft and configured for holding one of a plurality of tool heads, the connecting member defining two clamping grooves. The locking assembly is positioned on the sliding member having a driving member attached to the sliding member, and a pair of claws attached to the driving member. A lathe control system used for three dimensional curved surface machining includes an input module, a control module, a work table, a feeding module, a first sliding module, a second sliding module, and a cutter. The control module is electrically connected with the input module, the feeding module, the first sliding module, and the second sliding module. The first sliding module drives the feeding module to move along a first direction. The second sliding module drives the feeding module to move along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The cutter is positioned on the feeding module. The feeding module is capable of driving the cutter to move back and forth along a third direction under the control of the control module. A non-circular metallic member on a worktable is rotated, and lathe tool moved backwards and forwards to machine the peripheral top portion of the metallic member. The rotation of the metallic member is then stopped, and a milling cutter is brought to meet the peripheral sidewall of the metallic member. The movement and feeding of the milling cutter is predetermined. The worktable rotates the metallic member to enable one end edge of the peripheral sidewall and then another to face the milling cutter, and have the end edge chamfered by the milling cutter.
